Nando's Bethnal Green — Restaurant in London

Dear Nando’s I’m very upset and sad , angry by disgusting service I received yesterday at your 366Bethnal Green road London E20AH at around 18.18 , I ordered online my order number was 014 table 8 .

Anyway guys I never ordered over app , I asked member of staff please help , he just told me rudely just take photo of barcode at table , ok I ordered at 18.18 whole chicken platter n coleslaw and rice , anyway whilst waiting for my food , I went to get Some sauce , sorry forget to mention I’m not well physically or mentally, iv heart problems..

Anyway whilst getting sauce , accidentally the sauce slipped from my hand n sauce bottle broke , ir was a accident, it was all over floor n my cloths , I felt embarrassed n upset that had happened.

Anyway the Nando’s staff just gave me dirty looks , n started cleaning it , he did not even ask if I was ok , I was so embarrassed I said x2 times sorry , sorry , the staff member did not acknowledge my apology, he was very moody n seemed like he was angry I broke bottle n made a mess , the Aad thing is even the duty manager on shift Also gave me dirty looks , n did not confort me , or say it’s ok , it was accidentally happened.

Both staff member n manager where very rude , very angry n no smile no nothing , they where angry I made a mess , but I’m disabled, not all disabilities are visual ..??

Anyway I was with my wife , the staff member n manager where very rude , whilst cleaning it , they where very angry , which made me n my wife very uncomfortable, we could not enjoy our meal , anyway to top it off , maybe they punished us, the food the chicken was not cooked , it was still not raw n not cooked fully , chops where soggy , very very upset by this unacceptable behaviour of Nando’s staff n manager , I did not get there names , but please check your cameras n you will see everything is true , what I’m saying ..

I did not do this deliberately, it was a accident, but the way we where treated , was unacceptable..

Very bad service and very bad food , made me feel like a criminal, I paid for my food , wanted to enjoy a meal with wife , but sadly it was spoiled by your staffs behaviour n manager was...

The staff are wonderful here. Always good to see the same staff members. Specially Linda who is an amazing staff member. Food is well cooked. Great atmosphere. Everything runs very smoothly here. Edson the cashier is also an amazing staff member who takes orders well. Ruben is also a fab staff member who attends to customers needs very well. I really liked this nandos as you really get to know the staff members. They are always well presented and in correct uniform. The place is nice and tidy. The only negative I can refer to is if staff remembers to bring along the dessert once main meal is finished on table and looks ready to be clean, so that the desserts can be on their way to the table ready to eat. Overall very satisfied by the staff and presentation of the environment. I sat in on a not so busy day to observe and take in to account everything. Friendly place for children to eat in. The patros could do a little bit more once the restaurant becomes busy instead of sitting down, maybe help with the smooth running of orders as I noticed a lot of orders were not correct for the customers and had been taken back twice. Maybe the supervisors could engage a little more with the staff to...

What can I say that is positive about this restaurant.....unlimited soft drinks.

Right, with that out of the way I'll tell you about the worst experience I've ever had at a Nandos ever.

My dad has never been nandos, so I thought, today being Eid that I'll treat him and the rest of the family to family lunch.

The negatives started immediately, as the staff member who greeted my wife and daughter rudely asked her to sit the front door, which my wife was holding open for my dad who has problems waking for long.

Once we sat down to eat, we had to ask for additional plates and these were given out very reluctantly. When the food came all the chicken was overcooked, hard and had no flavour. I could barely cut the chicken breast for my daughters and as a result, they didn't even eat it.

Nandos is a stable in our house and I normally go to the ones in Beckton or Seven Kings and have always loved the food and atmosphere. But this was terrible, cramped, dark and not inviting at all. I think this restaurant needs to be modernised and some of the staff need a more positive attitude, as this one lady was rude on 2 occasions and there was...
