I visited your establishment today to collect an order I had placed online, which included six soups and drinks. However, when I requested some chili for my order, I was informed that it wasn't available for take-away orders, despite there being two bottles of chili sauce available on-site for customers to use freely.

The gentleman at the counter was quite accommodating and tried to assist, but the lady from the kitchen, whom I believe to be the manager, was unhelpful. I even asked if I could have a small pot, similar to the ones used for salad dressing, to get chili for just one of the soups, but she declined (even though I hadn't taken any cutlery or napkins).

This experience was disappointing, especially given that I work only three minutes away and frequently order food from your establishment for team meetings due to the quality of the food and the convenient location. I was at pure Hammersmith last weekend on Saturday 20th May, I am regular customer since I just work across from the shopping center. I ordered 2 porridge's as usual and I was asked to wait 4mins if possible I insisted on waiting since it’s my usual breakfast. The state of the porridge was so terrible I couldn’t even eat it , it was so terrible and it looked uncooked but this wasn’t how I usually get my porridge. I was so angry i waited until after work to go ask for a refund.
