Myself and a party of 6 attended after buying six tickets for a table at ÂŁ150 for the England v Ukraine game.
We were all left extremely disappointed. I will list a few points as to why:
As explained on the website the event was supposed to start from 4:45. However, upon arrival at 5:30pm we werenât allowed outside as it âwasnât set up yetâ. At 6:15 we went outside to find about 8 people already sat down with chairs and I was told âsorry there are no seats for youâ. Needless to say I was not happy after departing with ÂŁ150 and I explained that it was not acceptable. I eventually gathered 4 chairs for my party with no help or communication from the staff and a two person sofa with the help of one of the waiters as soon as he realised what I was trying to do. However, as soon as I turned to gather my party another member of staff took this two seater sofa away from me and gave it to another guest who had turned up outside after us - completely unacceptable. When I spoke to one of the staff about this all I got was an âI donât knowâ and a shrug of the shoulders before he walked off. When we were eventually able to sit down we were scattered in two rows and unable to speak amongst ourselves. I find it inconceivable that you charged us ÂŁ150 for this experience.
There was an unprofessional feel about the place.
I asked a member of staff inside if we could go outside are previously being told we couldnât. She said she would check and then never came back to us.
What seemed to be the manager in charge radioed from the outside area to the inside area to not send anyone else out the back despite people purchasing tickets.
Some sort of water container malfunctioned and splashed 3 of my party. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Yet another table received 2 beers on the house.
There was no regards for social distancing.
I have emailed the establishment 3 times since and they still have not got back to me. Safe to say we wonât...
Read morerecently had a night out at TEN London, and I have to say, it's one of the best nightlife experiences I've had in a while. The club has a fantastic atmosphere with stylish decor, comfortable seating, and excellent lighting that creates an unforgettable vibe. The music was fantastic, and the DJ kept the party going all night with a great mix of tunes that kept everyone on the dance floor. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service throughout the night, from greeting me at the door to serving drinks and answering any questions I had.
Overall, I had an incredible night at TEN London, and I'm already looking forward to going back. If you're looking for a high-end nightlife experience in London, I would highly recommend checking out TEN - it's definitely one of the best clubs in the city, with a great atmosphere, fantastic music, and excellent service that will make your night...
Read moreI now fully understand all the bad reviews and wished I'd read about this venue before attending. Poor service and definitely overpriced. The interior looks old, dated and tired with sticky floors and a dancefloor full of cheesy chavs and Knightsbridge rejects spending their evening 'ladding it up' and drenching you in some tacky Australian lager you wouldn't use as bath water. A 'dive' to avoid if you want to impress someone.
Edit* The comments made by someone unknown to me who I doubt even works at this 'Working Men's Club makes assumptions so far from the truth it's embarrassing. Being from West London I have followed Fulham since childhood & I'm offended by being classed as a Northerner! Avoid this club. Avoid this club. Avoid this club. Avoid...
