The venue is great, spacious, clean nice seating and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Nice food and alcohol choices. Nets are well kept with a good range of different size and weight of bat. Easy controls for changing levels and amending scores (we had a child with us!) However, the price a 30 min next session for three people including a child was £41....this is far too high. This was midday on a Friday...not exactly peak time! The place was quiet but all nets were booked. However, if Sixes want interest from family and the younger generation you need to offer value for money family packages (with or without food) and perhaps allow 45 mins for a small family (of 3) as the default 30 mins felt a little rushed. The person who took us to our net was helpful and friendly, but the time if took for her to explain the system, rules and controls of the tablet for scoring etc, is included in our 30 mins slot. We lost 2 mins for this. Google doesn't seem to allow a further review, so an update following our visit today. We arrived a little early and were greeted by a friendly staff member. The clock for our booking had already started just before we got to our net....10 seconds had already been lost before we had even taken our coats off! Ordered a drink including the very pleasant 6s IPA...but that pint was well short of an actual pint (see photo). I complained about the session starting before we had settled and 5 mins extra was added for us, which was appreciated. To be fair, I'm grateful for the additional time but really this practice of starting the clock before we have even settled in is poor. I don't really want to return here to be conned on time again, but my young son enjoys it too much. The place itself is great. Fine nets, goodish bats, nice main bar, and a good selection of alcoholic drinks. But the time issue in the nets makes me not want to come back. My prior comment on this not taken on board, clearly.

Booked a net for 4 people on a Saturday evening recently. Was given a net with a cracked and broken mat on the floor which meant the balls kept bouncing off in all directions. Hardly conducive to being able to play properly. You're given 45 minutes for your session but the timer starts when the staff start telling you how to play, so by the time you get in the net to start you're already down to 40 minutes and have lost 10% of the time you've paid for. Then on top of that you're given short shrift and rushed out by the staff to get you out of there for the next booking. Second time I've been to a Sixes and found it to be very underwhelming. I'm a huge cricket fan. The people I was with on this occasion had never played cricket before and also found it a pretty poor experience.

An awesome venue to smack some balls, and smack'em we did. Sixes cricket is such good fun. I was there with my work colleagues, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The action is almost as real as it gets. There were so many different levels of bowlers. Anyone can play this game. You don't need to wear any special clothing, or pads or anything. They supply the bats, all you do is walk in, close the door, take guard, and hit the ball as hard as you can into the designated areas to score points. The points are worked out automatically. It is brilliant. The atmosphere was competitive, but fun. It was the night England were playing the Netherlands, so the place was lively. The food, drink and service was excellent. I am definitely going back!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. For the high prices, I expected a much better level of service and cleanliness. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Upon arrival, we struggled to get assistance placing our order. The doorman at the entrance did not speak English, and when we finally found someone who could help, we were told to order at their bar table because they were “busy.” However, it didn’t appear that way—several employees were socializing near dirty, abandoned tables rather than assisting customers. When we placed our order, we paid in advance, but our food was never prepared. After waiting for over 30 minutes, my mother stood at the bar table to ask about our food, only to be treated rudely as if she were an inconvenience. It was frustrating, especially given that our order was simple—nacho chips with cheese and sauce, along with a salad—yet it was completely overlooked. The only thing we received promptly was our drinks. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was unacceptable. None of the tables had been cleaned, and to make matters worse, a staff member rudely told my mother to move out of the way while we were paying. We spent over £60 (nearly $80 USD), which was far too expensive for the poor service and lack of professionalism we encountered. As someone with years of customer service experience, I find it unacceptable to treat paying customers this way. While this might be the standard for this location, I can’t see a business in a smaller area succeeding with this level of service. This visit, on a Thursday night, was extremely disappointing, and I will not...

I wasn’t able to re register any players before the day as the link wasn’t working. I checked this multiple times throughout the month but it said I could register there so thought it would be fine. When we got there the previous teams were overrunning so we didn’t start on time at our booking, then the screens were not working properly, it didn’t have the right number of players on the screens and wouldn’t let us add them on. When we finally did that we started playing but then the screen reset and messed up, so we had to re enter everyone again and the same thing happened it felt really rushed and not fun tbh. The team gave us extra time but only after us flagging that we wanted extra time because we hadn’t been able to use half of the booking time because of the previous team and the screens messing up multiple times. On the second booking, this also started late because the group before was overrunning and then they had some issues with the screen but they were able to play for a while, but it still felt really rushed through. When we asked about the extra time because of the previous team overrunning, they were reluctant to give us this until we asked about it twice. They said they would also give a partial refund for the issues but no one came to speak to me about this. This was for my partners birthday and he wasn’t able to play for at least 25 mins when it was supposed to start at 3. The team were okay about it and gave the extra time but it felt out of reluctance. Not a great...
