Boniour! This is my favorite French restaurant in the neighborhood. I highly recommend the cappuccino and the omelet. It was very ethnic and traditional! In this essay, I will be exploring how this restaurant uses visual imagery to convey the epitome of French cuisine.
Firstly, the cafe used highly descriptive vocabulary in the menu to entice the reader: “Luscious omelette with extravagant ham and foresty mushrooms (free range and all organic).” The adjective “luscious” creates a valuable image of the omelette and persuades the reader to order it.
The service was not good. It was GREAT! They are very nice people. I usually feel alienated due to my ethnic background, however, this cafe was very open minded and was very knowledgeable about different cultures. He made me feel very welcome and suggested me all of their best dishes. It was a wonderous experience.
Last but not least, the atmosphere. The atmosphere was electrifying. It felt like I was on a spaceship, in a rural castle, and a cozy wooden hut all at the same time. It was a once in a lifetime experience! Ive yet to seen a cafe offering an atmosphere to this extent (I am a cafe specialist and have been to over 300 cafes)
In conclusion, this French cafe is a must go. It has extraordinary food, service and atmosphere. I will most certainly be back to try another one of their dishes. I am most exhilarated for the French toast. What an invention!
Anyways, Au Revoir! Cafe...

We went there a couple of times and every single time is something else to try. Flaky croissants, amazing cakes and omelettes. The products you find in the épicerie are exclusively selected and of outstanding quality. From savoury bread spreads to melting chocolate and amazing beverages.
The design of the café offers a variety of seats in- and outside with different vibes. If you want to be a bit more private, go to the basement. If you like to socialise stay beside the counter or outside.
The place is perfectly designed to spend an afternoon here. The interior is super tasteful and has plenty of personal touches such as pictures and books.

Read moreGreat little French café! I stopped here before heading to Paddington Station. It was a leisurely 10min walk to the station from here.
The café offers a wide selection of French pastries, treats, and beverages to enjoy on-site or takeaway.
The pastries were fresh and tasted very close to those you'd get in France. I had a Paris-Brest and was taken back by how delectable and fresh the hazelnut cream was.
They have a quaint 3 table patio outside for when the weather is as glorious as it was today.
The coffee was solid but nothing exceptional. Come here for the pastries and treats if you want something to take on the train with you or want a little taste of France at a...
