Absolutely lovely staff and cosy place! They make you feel comfortable at the restaurant and will help you if you need anything, whether it's how to cook the meat the best or what to choose for your specific needs or really anything at all! My friend and I came to London last week to see a concert and ate some Korean BBQ at this restaurant during our stay and it was so delicious! We came back a second time before we went back to our country and it was even better the second time! We even booked their private karaoke room and it was SO much fun! If there are times you need to wait for a seat, it's worth it because the staff and the food is great! I was offered amazing help by the staff when I had the worst headache and was really tired after some eventful and lovely concert days and you guys should absolutely try the Honey Ginseng tea that I was offered there. It was so nice and made you energised, also the Korean cinnamon drink was nice! It's definitely worth to buy the personalised BBQ set for 2 people (they have it on the menu for 66 pounds I believe, so if you share it'll be 33 pounds for you and someone else), it will let you choose your favourite meat and get starters and such and it's definitely enough food for two people and the price was actually really decent for this set! In this set there's a small cinnamon drink included, the one I recommended earlier, so you can taste it in this set as well! I also really love tea, so I ordered the Korean green tea about three times there! :D I also recommend the soju, but maybe, if it's your first time, share 1 bottle with someone else~ Below are some pictures of the food and such! Safe to say, I love and enjoy this place and will be back! If there are wait times for seats it's worth it. But the food comes quickly when you order, so at least on that part there's nothing to worry about. I think I might've talked too much with the staff ;) but they were wonderful anyway and kept conversations going and they genuinely care about you!
Excellent service, great food and lovely atmosphere! 11/10 points and stars!
I truly recommend this K-BBQ restaurant including their karaoke room! The concert we came to London for was also absolutely lovely and amazing and it was so fun to talk to the staff about our London plans as they were lovely to converse with.

Read moreMy partner and I came here for dinner almost exactly a year ago as friends and today decided to celebrate by going back to where it all began. Melissa ended up seating us in the exact same place that we had had a year ago! (As you can see from the photos.) The service was lovely and all the staff who walked by would come with a smile and a great disposition for a chat. We have had a great impression of them every time we have come here, extremely kind people. We arrived kind of early for dinner service but were seated with no issues, the restaurant is clean and the lighting creates quite the intimate ambience so it feels like even if we are seated near others, we are afforded our privacy. We ordered the Korean fried chicken pieces with kimchi mayo and a beef bulgogi bibimbap. As you can see from the photos a year ago, those are our favourites and we would highly recommend them. On top of that, we also ordered a soybean, beef, and tofu stew with some steamed white rice. The weather is getting colder so I always crave a soup to keep me warm. The savoury broth, tender meat, and healthy dose of veggies make this my new go-to here. Though my partner and I are always full of loud laughs and chatter, we find that when we come here we sit and eat in relative silence. It's almost like just being here is too pleasant to interrupt with our antics. Though this place is known for its Korean barbecue, I wouldn't pass up its other Korean dishes. They make for an affordable lunch, and a good spot for either couples or big groups. Though we didn't get any ourselves, they have a great selection of Korean drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic alike). Thank you again for a lovely evening and for possibly sparking a new...
Read morePerhaps we got off on the wrong foot when the waitress angrily switched the BBQ off on our table after I had been playing with all the buttons as we waited for drinks, my bad. As it was my birthday we went all out - multiple dishes that came out quickly and were presented in a mouth-watering spread around your very own private BBQ. The service was indeed fast albeit brief and somewhat inpersonal, I think a drone could have done the same job with similar interpersonal skills. Maybe me fiddling with the buttons really had upset them...
The food was divine, it's great fun to cook your own food and enjoy such a variety of meat and vegetables dunked in several sauces and dips. All of which is periodically washed down with a gulp of Hite Korean beer 👌. If I was rating the food alone this would be 4/5 star review but the service and overall experience let's it down.
My partner had a view into the kitchen door and witnessed a member of kitchen staff dipping his fingers in the sauce pots that were being taken out to tables and we didn't feel at all welcomed by the waiting staff. The icing on the cake was when the bill came out with a 'optional' 10% service charge already added on to our total (something a lot of restaurants do that annoys me). So when we awkwardly asked for the bill without this charge it seemed to be a great inconvenience to our waitress.
We may have just had a one-off bad experience, next time may be perfect. The place certainly knows how to serve tasty food in a traditional Korean style. Word of caution, don't eat here on a hot summer evening - sitting over a hot BBQ with no air-conditioning was tough! We were...
