Treelogy by Paddington Station: A Tranquil Escape Amidst the Urban Bustle

Nestled conveniently next to Paddington Station, Treelogy offers a serene oasis for coffee aficionados seeking respite from the bustling city. As I stepped into this cozy cafe, I was immediately struck by its minimalist yet inviting ambiance, adorned with lush greenery and warm wooden accents.

The aroma of freshly brewed coffee greeted me as I approached the counter, where a friendly barista greeted me with a smile. I ordered their signature house blend, intrigued by its promise of a harmonious fusion of flavors.

Upon my first sip, I was enveloped by a symphony of rich, velvety notes, with hints of caramel and dark chocolate dancing on my palate. The coffee boasted a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness, leaving a lingering, satisfying finish with each sip.

As I savored my coffee, I couldn't help but admire the cafe's commitment to sustainability. From their ethically sourced beans to their eco-friendly packaging, Treelogy exemplifies a dedication to both quality and environmental consciousness—a rare find in today's fast-paced world.

The serene atmosphere and impeccable brew at Treelogy make it a must-visit destination for coffee lovers near Paddington Station. Whether you're in need of a morning pick-me-up or a tranquil escape from the urban hustle and bustle, this hidden gem promises an unforgettable coffee experience infused with sustainability and serenity.

In addition to the exceptional coffee experience, I was left in awe by the exemplary customer service at Treelogy. As I enjoyed my brew, I witnessed a heartwarming display of compassion and hospitality. One of the staff members noticed an elderly lady with a walker entering the cafe and immediately sprang into action.

With genuine care and kindness, the staff member guided the lady to a vacant table, ensuring she was comfortably seated before attending to her needs. They took the time to engage in conversation, offering assistance and companionship, ensuring she felt welcomed and at ease in her surroundings.

This act of kindness spoke volumes about Treelogy's commitment to not only serving great coffee but also fostering a sense of community and inclusivity. It was a touching reminder that true hospitality extends beyond the quality of the product and encompasses the genuine care and attention shown to every customer who walks through the door.

The dedication of the staff at Treelogy to providing exceptional service, coupled with their passion for creating a welcoming environment, sets this cafe apart as a beacon of warmth and hospitality in the heart...

My best friend and I are boring coffee nerds, and whenever we go anywhere together we sniff out the best places we can for coffee. This time it was my turn and I earned significant brownie points for finding Treelogy. First things first, we ordered a croissant and a lemon polenta, and they were really good. Then the coffee turned up. We ordered a couple of V60 filter coffees, and they came out as legitimately some of the best we've had. Perfectly dialled in and extracted. The price was very fair for such good coffee, and we had a brilliant time watching the world go by.

Finally; the staff. Exceptional. We ordered from a young woman who was really friendly, and recommended some really good coffees to try, which was very much appreciated (The Yemen Haraaz comes highly recommended by us). I think we were really obviously nerding out over the coffee we had or something, but Zoro (I think that's his name?) offered us a taste of something else he was brewing for himself, and we had a good chat about the different types of coffee, brewing filter and generally had a really good time.

I'm genuinely considering prioritising Paddington as an arrival point to London every time I go on the strength of how utterly, utterly perfect our experience was. Before we knew it we'd massively overrun the amount of time that we had before we had to get going, and didn't get a chance to leave a tip - which I feel terrible about! Honestly deserved one, and the two owners should be proud of what an incredible coffee shop...

Me and my partner have had at least 40 oat milk lattes / iced lattes from here over the past 2 months. They’ve all been amazing—the best we’ve had in London and we went to many different specialty coffee places. Smooth, not acidic, proper ratios of milk, ice, espresso, etc.

BUT in the past week, it’s gone downhill in the three separate occasions we went. Oat milk latte tasting acidic, iced latte watered down and clearly made differently. It’s standard to pour a freshly pulled espresso shot over milk and ice to avoid watering it down.. but they’ve changed their process and it shows. Can’t speak for the oat milk latte process, but it used to be the smoothest one we’d had and now, not so much.

If you love good specialty coffee, this may no longer be the place unless they change things.

Please go back to your old methods..or train the new staff. We used to love coming here but now it’s no longer worth it.

UPDATE: From 2 stars, back to 5. It’s as good as it was...

The coffee and cakes are absolutely amazing here. We had the Yemen Jaadi beans and the Peru Geisha beans, both brewed with v60 pour overs. The Yemen beans, in particular, were something very special. (We knew what we were getting with the Peru Geisha, which was great, but less interesting for us.) Our hazelnut chocolate cake was delicious too. One barista was clearly passionate about coffee and told me about the pricing structure, whereas the other wasn't enthusiastic at all (luckily the guy showed me the different prices and I think he was the one who made the excellent coffees). I have to admit that I felt slightly deflated after only seeing the 20% off first order QR code on the table once I sat down and had already paid £23. Overall, though, outstanding coffee and cakes served here! My new favourite coffee place in London.

I had a pastry and flat white while waiting to catch a train at Paddington Station. One can say that I went after reading the fantastic reviews on Google. Truly it did not disappoint. The flat white was smooth and the pasty I had was delicious. Though there were reviews about the price, a walk at Paddington Station would show some coffee kiosks selling their flat white for £3.65 and we are talking about Treelogy being a specialty coffee place. The staffs were friendly. The toilet is clean though I don’t understand the logic of having a mirror right on top of the sink which prevented one from bending to rinse his or her mouth, or result in a splashing of water. The cafe is apparently popular as well, with a steady stream of customers. This is coming from someone from Sunny Singapore. Hi!:))
