The female 'assistant manager' (blondish hair in a plait with glasses), was literally one of the most; hostile, unpleasant and unprofessional individuals I have come across for an extremely long time. Toxic is the understatement! I've always been a huge fan of Wasabi, and will continue to go to my three regular stores (where I go 3-4 times a week), all of whom have pleasant, friendly, professional and delightful staff. Read moreI love the food at Wasabi’s. This branch is one of the best. Do visit here if you get the chance. It’s located very close to Chancery Lane tube station. Just a short walking distance away. My favourite is the tofu curry with rice. I’ve tried almost everything here and have not been disappointed. The place is clean and has plenty of dinning area. Customer service is excellent. Just avoid it during lunchtime because it can get pretty packed! The only downside is that they use a lot of packaging especially plastic packaging. The sizes of their boxes are a lot smaller too. Right as it was almost my turn, one of the cashiers suddenly asked the person behind me to start a second line, which completely disrupted the order.
