✔️ PROS - Friendly staff - Nice outdoor seating (aside from a wobbly table) - Surrounding area was nice - Okay food ❌ CONS TLDR: Unjustified service charge & sneaky upselling — Waiter took our orders by memory but ended up returning to confirm a dish as he couldn’t remember. After we finished eating, nobody came to do the bill so we had to ask ourselves. These are forgivable things that didn’t bother us at the time as they’re no big deal, until we were billed a £4.50 service charge. — I ordered water and was served a tall glass bottle of £2-something water. I could have clarified I wanted tap water but I didn’t appreciate the sneaky upselling as they didn’t confirm this when I was ordering. It arrived uncapped so I didn’t ask to return. The bottle was big enough for multiple people (I was dining with only one other person who ordered a different drink) Note: — If you’re into American style pizza (thicker base) then you may not like their pizza as it’s authentic Italian style where the base is very thin (had to use knife and fork as it does not hold as a slice), but if authentic Italian is what you’re after, this may be the place??? (I’ve never been to Italy) 🍕🇮🇹

Dined at this bistro-styled restaurant this evening and was immediately taken by its modern decor and welcoming atmosphere. While the ambiance leans on the louder side due to the open kitchen concept, it adds to the bustling charm of the place. The staff were congenial and attentive throughout. A standout feature was the drinks menu, boasting a wonderful selection, including regional specials and their own brews. Their house-made beer was particularly delightful and easy on the palate. A commendable gesture was the provision of tap water, which was served without request and at no charge. When it comes to the food, dishes arrived hot and appetising. The pizzas, baked in a clearly visible wood-fired oven, had a crispy edge and thin base. A notable mention must go to the pizza with Gorgonzola, honey, and truffle oil – an absolute treat. A minor observation, perhaps stemming from my own predilections, is the staff sharing restroom facilities with the guests and occasionally being on their mobiles. All in all, a delectable dining experience with a few quirks.

Excellent branch from this growing and increasingly popular pizzeria chain. The pizza is big and the topping choices is wide-ranging. You'll leave feeling pretty stuffed. There are also cocktails, wine, beer on offer too, along with a whole host of appetisers from Burrata to Focaccia. For pizzas, I'd highly recommend the Arianna. The sweetness from the honey cuts through the savouriness of the cheese and sausages nicely. Despite the modern exterior of its surrounding neighbourhood, Zia Lucia feels like walking into a small house on the coast of the Meditteranean with pastel coloured walls and vintage pictures of food adorning the walls. Zia Lucia is as friendly to solo diners as well as partners and groups, thanks to the counter dining table. With an open kitchen, you can also see the pizza masters prep your pizza too. It's not the biggest pizza place so, RSVP'ing ahead might be a good idea, particularly on busier nights like Thursday and Friday. If you're craving pizza, then Zia Lucia won't let you down. I had the pleasure of visiting this charming pizzeria recently, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The star of the show, undoubtedly, was the pizza itself - it was nothing short of amazing. Each bite was a burst of flavors, and the crust was perfectly crispy yet delightfully fluffy. The quality of the ingredients truly shone through in every slice.

But what truly elevated this experience was the exceptional service provided by Akram, the incredibly friendly and talented pizzaiolo. From the moment I walked in, his warm welcome set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. His passion for crafting the perfect pizza was evident in the way he meticulously prepared each. Not only was he skilled in his craft, but his enthusiasm and genuine friendliness added an extra layer of enjoyment to the meal.

In addition to the delightful pizza and Akram's top-notch service, the ambiance of the pizzeria was cozy and inviting, making it an ideal spot to enjoy a delicious meal.

Overall, my experience at this pizzeria was nothing short of excellent. The combination of mouthwatering pizza and Akram's friendly, attentive service made it a standout dining destination. I'll definitely be returning and recommending this place to all pizza enthusiasts!

Enjoy and...

I’ve ordered the pizza from you guys so many times that I lost the count, but not doing it anymore unfortunately! Not sure what’s going on lately with your store, but something has changed for sure:

Pizza burrata always out of stock! EVERY single time I planned to order food and went on the app you had the burrata out of stock!!! Which is understandable couple times, but not so often!! Since no pizza burrata is available the last two times I ordered a Margherita and a pizza with with bufala: VERY VERY disappointment on the dough, something has changed! It’s not as it used to be! Before, me and my housemate would’ve just eating the dough even without tomato sauce or anything because it was so good, but now it’s just plain!! Missing salt or i don’t know? I only went in store once, back in November, and let me tell you! Worst store manager I’ve ever seen! We were not demanding nor anything, he was just being annoyed by I don’t know what. But surely it didn’t look good Prices are quite high, it was fine when the pizza was actually amazing, but now totally not worth it

I’m so so sorry for this, it used to be my favorite best pizza in London, but I hope the best for you...
