Zizzi provides an exceptional dining experience that truly stands out. The food was nothing short of amazing, offering a burst of delightful flavors that left us thoroughly impressed. Despite the restaurant's bustling atmosphere and only having one chef, our dishes arrived on time and flawlessly prepared, showcasing the dedication to quality service. We indulged in the Rustica Meat Sofia and the Hot Smoked Salmon Carbonara, both of which were exquisite choices that showcased Zizzi's commitment to crafting dishes that leave a lasting impression. Conveniently located near St. Paul's Cathedral, Zizzi served as a fantastic pit stop during our day out. One ingenious tip is to have the menu readily accessible on your phone; the high-quality food photos help immensely when making the difficult decision of what to order. Zizzi has truly mastered the art of delivering both delicious cuisine and efficient service, ensuring that every visit is a memorable one. Whether you're seeking a sumptuous meal close to a London landmark or simply looking for an unforgettable culinary experience, Zizzi has you covered. Without a doubt, I'll be returning to explore more of their delectable offerings and enjoy their warm hospitality once again!

Without a doubt the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. They cannot do good tasting healthy food. I have have a lot of pizza, and I mean a LOT of pizza, including mega cheap £1.00 (yes £1.00) ones in east London. Tonight I went into Zizzi and ordered a skinny primavera, expecting somwthing along the lines of the food Pizza Express serve. What I got instead was HALF a pizza, for the same price as a full size pizza, with something they called a salad - but was obviously not. It felt like I was eating goat's cheese served on top of cardboard. The food at Zizzi is usually fantastic, so I'm not sure what happened tonight. I am guessing they just can't do good tasting healthy option in the same way that places like Pizza Express can. The side salad they serve with this is an utter joke. The service, as always, was fantastic so I would recommend this as a venue. Just don't try and order a healthy meal here as it may well be the worst meal of your life...by far. If you want to order a healthy meal here just order your usual and wat half the amount. Honestly, I cannot believe how bad that pizza was. I would laugh if I had not had to pay for it.

A Mixed Experience at Zizzi Rating: ★★★★ I visited Zizzi, a restaurant I’ve always held in high regard, for last Friday Dinner. However, this time around, the experience was not quite up to the usual standard. The service was slower than expected, which was a bit disappointing. This is not typical of Zizzi, as they are known for their prompt and efficient service. Additionally, one of the staff (Male) member was not as friendly as we would have liked. The warm and welcoming atmosphere that we’ve come to associate with Zizzi felt somewhat diminished on this occasion. On a positive note, there was a new chef in the kitchen that day. While this brought about some changes in the dishes we ordered, it also introduced us to some new flavors. However, some of the dishes were not quite as we remembered from our previous visits. In conclusion, while this visit to Zizzi had its ups and downs, I believe that the restaurant still holds potential for a great dining experience. I look forward to seeing improvements in their service and consistency in their dishes during my next visit.

Honestly the worst dining experience I have had in 15 years. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

We got here and sat down, like lots of places these days they do not offer actual service but direct you to an app. But then my bill had an optional service charge with no button to remove.

Once we ordered it took at least 25 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Our food arrived first, so I asked one member of staff to get our drinks, who clearly forgot. So I had to ask again! Horrendous.

Also when our food arrived, we realised the additions we asked for weren't all there. There was confusion that a type of sausage on the menu wasn't actually sausage, but a paste. Wasn't clear on the menu. And the onions were definitely not there. We asked where it was, they took the pizza away and 5 minutes later the guy came back and asked what we'd like him to do, so we asked that he put the things we asked for on the pizza - was it that unclear what we wanted? He then left and when he finally brought the pizza back, our food was cold. They clearly had taken the pizza, left it on the side (not even under a heat lamp) and then brought it back.

We then had a very depressing time eating cold pizza and remarking that they should open up a tyre store, cos they're vegan just was so rubbery and gross.

Halfway through our meal, the woman who later turned out to be the most senior member of staff, came next to our table and loudly started banging on the window and did this for ages to get her friends attention outside. Exceedingly unprofessional, just plain terrible behaviour at your work place.

Finally when it came time to pay, they refused to alter or discount the mains because they claimed there had been nothing wrong with them. Come on!

Honestly the worst dining experience I have ever had. I came to a chain Italian restaurant expecting uninspiring service, mediocre food and basic drinks, and yet somehow they drastically let me down on all three of these. It is frankly impressive how...

The service at this Zizzi was abysmal. We had made a reservation since it was a Friday evening and were given a very cold welcome upon arrival and led to a table squeezed next to another couple, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. It took around 20 minutes for them to ask if we would like to order any drinks and then a further 20 for the food order.

Once the food did arrive, the pizza was lukewarm. We asked for some condiments for the fries, and were shocked to discover that we had been charged for these at the end, despite the waiter never mentioning it. For the remainder of our time there no staff came over to check how the food was or ask if we needed any more drinks. My partner had to order herself a drink via the app after failing to catch the waiters attention for a long time (he was too busy chatting away to his colleagues).

After clearly being finished for over 25 minutes, we still had our empty plates and glasses cluttering the table and were not asked if we would like the bill. Again, clearly they want you to use the app. But paying on the app forces you to pay the “discretionary” service charge, which after the service we received we certainly weren’t doing! So we had to go up to the bar to ask to pay, and take the service charge off, which the waitress seemed completely baffled about! Needless to say, I won’t be returning and to be honest, will likely not visit a...

As someone who genuinely appreciates good food and warm service, my recent visit to Zizzi was nothing short of outstanding.

From the very start, the setting was charming modern, welcoming, and with a great view of St Paul’s. The atmosphere struck a perfect balance between vibrant and relaxed, which made it ideal for a chilled evening out.

I ordered a classic spaghetti dish and one of their pizzas, and both were absolutely spot on. The spaghetti was cooked just right al dente with a rich, flavourful sauce and the pizza was beautifully done, with a crisp base and generous toppings that didn’t overpower the balance. Proper Italian comfort food, done right.

But what truly made the evening exceptional was the service, and here I must say a heartfelt thank you to Georgina. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout the visit. Her recommendations were helpful, her timing impeccable, and she carried herself with a lovely mix of professionalism and warmth. It’s rare to come across such naturally friendly service and it really elevated the whole experience.

The prices were very reasonable for central London, and I left feeling not only full, but genuinely pleased. It’s not just about the food it’s about the way you’re treated and Georgina made sure the evening felt special.

Thank you, Georgina, and thank you Zizzi team. I’ll definitely be...
