Domino's Pizza - Plymouth - City Centre — Restaurant in Plymouth

I ordered via the app half and half pizza to be delivered to my nans at 19.30pm so I could finish work and enjoy a couple of hours with nan eothout being busy or absent minded. It arrived but the changes had all been shoved on my pizza and we're missing red & green peppers off nans half because I didn't want them on mine. David delivered it cold and rang the doorbell and banged on the door, before answering the door I thought how impatient he was being. He greeted me by telling me how much which I acknowledged. Never have I ever had an order from any domino's branch and been bombarded with having to hand over cash 1st. I've always been told to take my order from them and double check it, I gave him £35 when our was £33.98 he wasn't so quick to give me my change. I had to ask for it. He would have had it as a tip if he wasn't so impatient!!! When we opened the boxes we noticed the pizzas were incorrect and we rang them and spoke to manager Jordan who was even ruder. Long story short I was told that I put the order through wrong and it was all my fault that the order was wrong and they couldn't help me. I told them the food was tepid and not hot like I'm used to from domino's and Jordan asked me if I had eaten any of the food and I replied yes and then he said well as you've eaten the food we can't do anything about it. Seriously we had like 4 bites from a pizza and tried a piece of chicken. If we have bad bellies tomorrow from the chicken I will be suing them. We've had to eat cold unenjoyable food that was incorrectly cooked as.per my order and they aren't willing to do anything. I would have been happy to wait and they resend our order. I didn't want anything free just them to accept...

Omg the rudest bunch of staff you'll ever encounter. They really ruined out dinner over just ONE SLICE of pizza. Ordered 2 pizza for 6 people made them double decadence, when it arrived every one took one slice then realised it not got the cheese layer in between, called the store said they will send a replacement but will need the pizzas we had back, said ok which in itself very weird, I've never heard of this happing ever with anyone. But still went along with it. Driver called me outside (who was by far the rudest of them all I mean a total nutcase) and said to bring the pizza with me , saw him waiting for me to see the pizza first so he could decide whether or not I was LYING. Then just looked at the pizza and send I can't replace it cz we've eaten Half the pizza(only the Slices of a large pizza were eaten). He could see it more then half, but his arguement was its only one more than half🤦🏻‍♂️. Called them back and they just chose violence that night. Just told me can't to anything, can't refund, told me to complaint. Said I was a liar, when in fact on the first call I told him I can send him a photo of the cheese missing and he also said that he had put "A LITTLE BIT IN THE MIDDLE"... ?? I mean why mate ?? Didnt pay for little bit in the midlde did I??? It also means he knew it wasnt enough so he was cheating intentionally!!! And I will attach some photos you will see even that little bit isn't there. First time going into domino's pizza in about 3yrs as usally get delivered once every 6mnths. First time in this store. Walked in the staff were doing alot of nothing, and didn't seem bothered to welcome us in or even smile and the atmosphere was dire. Didn't feel welcomed at all! I asked what pizzas I could order and was given a menu. In the top right hand corner it said BOGOF any size pizza..ordered a large & was asked what crust I wanted. Didn't realise they charge nearly an extra £3 for a cheese stuffed, wasn't told this. Got home, pizza was terrible. Not much topping even though 4 toppings were ordered, although quite a bit of sausage was thrown on. Was very dry too.. looked at my online banking & had been charged £28.79..NEARLY £30 FOR A LARGE PIZZA? called them up and yes this is the right amount! The service I recieved was good hence the 5 🌟 but everything else? Hell no..would never go back there again..£30...
