Steve's Brasserie — Restaurant in Plymouth

I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. From the moment I sat down, the service was so bad that I felt uncomfortable, almost like I was being attacked just for being there. The waiter’s attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming—possibly even racist, though I can't be sure.

When my chicken burger arrived, it was incredibly dry, with nothing more than a plain bun and a sad piece of chicken breast. When I politely asked for some sauce, the waiter responded with a rude tone. I mean, either smile or quit your job.

Food and service would get zero if I could.

If you're looking for good food and a welcoming atmosphere, I strongly suggest you avoid this place. There are far better options in the area where you can actually enjoy your meal and feel respected...

A little disappointing. We were directed to a table that hadn't been cleared after the previous diners. There were still crumbs and a random fork on it. No one made any attempt to clear them. New cutlery was just dumped in a pile. I ordered a diet coke. Thought it tasted a bit odd; the receipt revealed it was actually pepsi. Food was variable across our orders. Worst was the chicken burger that was just a piece of chicken in a dry bun - no sauces, salad or anything else to provide...

We were staying at the hotel so thought we would try it out, have tried before when watching a show but couldn’t get a table.
