I was concerned of mine and my friends safety due to a rowdy group of boys attempting to start a fight with me for an unnecessary reason. I told security ASAP as I wanted to protect my friends and other people who were on a night out. at first one of the security guards was a gem he told me he would get him out as I felt uncomfortable being around him, later on I found out another security guard overrides his decision. I was very unhappy and disappointed after hearing this as it made me feel very uncomfortable and I had been made clear he would be out. It was a great night but I just won’t be back for a while. We queued and while close to the entrance the security told us we needed to show the ID and the Covid certificate. Me and some of my friends didn't have it with us so we went home to take the phones and the IDs. When we arrived back the security guard didn't accept the paper certificate of my middle Eastern friends saying nonsense about the butch number that in his opinion was not valid.
