It was a unique and surprisingly exceptional experience. The staff was exceptionally helping, friendly and gave all details of variety of chocolates. Helped me in registering for VIP card and thus I got discount on my purchase. The most unforgettable experience was that I was offered coffee on the house. I tried to pay but they insisted that it was on the house. An excellent gesture of warmth , hospitality and friendliness. When ever I visit Glasgow again I will surely visit this branch.

Their chocolates are amazing and exceptionally good. They have a nice variety too. I especially liked dark chocolate coated almonds and their white chocolate variety.

Their coffee is one of the best coffees I have ever had. Perfect balance of rice coffee taste that was not over heated and unlike most other coffees it didn't leave that after effect of bitterness.
