Hardee's — Restaurant in Aberdeen

The lady that took our order was nice but I asked for no onions on the 2 jumbo chili dogs and they added onions anyway. When I mentioned it, I was returned the same hot dogs with the onions scraped off. I know this because there were still onions on the tray and small pieces still on the hot dog and bun. Good thing I am not allergic to onions. I ordered a hotdog for my 3 year old son with just ketchup and the dog was so overcooked it was inedible. When I took it up to the counter the guy asked what was wrong with it and I told him it was overcooked and for a 3 year old. He then just tossed it into the trash and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Then he told me it would take 7 minutes for a new hotdog. Like keeping a hungry toddler occupied for 7 minutes is a simple task. Thanks Mr. Tattoo sleeve guy! My wife's food, my food, and my son's food was all cold by the time we got our complete order. I wish I could give this location a -10!!! Little girl at the drive-thru window had a TERRIBLE attitude, gave my passenger a hamburger bun with no meat, then caught an attitude and was EXTREMELY disrespectful—even stating “f yall” when we were driving off—when we took the “bun” back. We advised that we would be calling the corporate office due to her extremely disrespectful conduct, and this “child” went as far as to say she ‘didn’t care if we called corporate about no burger’. It took extreme patience to keep calm with this little girl, and we will ABSOLUTELY be following up with managememt regarding this gross lack of tact and professionalism. I posted a review on here about me&my mom eating in this restaurant bc the Associate's in the dining room was loud&cussing up a storm&but got a response about copying a link which sounds suspicious to me &why would I do that bc it's not saying they will make things better where Associate's will not be Allowed in the dining room unless they talk respectfully around the customer's with no cussing allowed instead I get copy a link that is very sad!!& I would NOT RECOMMEND the Link BC THAT IS NOT THE CORRECT RESPONSE!!&I would NOT RECOMMEND the fries bc the fries tasted awful!!& Bc of; Dishonest& Bad Attitude& Has no respect for the customer's& Bad Reviews🙏 I very highly not recommend this...
