Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. During my visit, their payment system went down. Instead of asking for an alternative payment method, staff ran my card multiple times without confirming whether the charges went through. I waited to follow up until the charges were no longer pending, assuming the duplicates wouldn’t process, but all of them did, and I was never refunded.
The owner initially said she would follow up the next day, but never did. Since the business has no phone number, I returned in person over a week later to request either a refund or to receive the drinks I was charged for. Staff treated the request as if we were asking for something for free, when in reality, we had already paid, twice.
