Starbucks — Restaurant in Abilene

I usually come about 3 times a week to this Starbucks location and I have a GREAT experience every time. Sierra and Karrie are amazing. My coffee is on point. I went this morning and I’m not sure of the name of the girl that helped me, a Hispanic girl, overcharged me and I when I told her it wasn’t right she cut me off asking what I pay so I told her and let her know I’ll pay a little more but what she was charging was just not right and again, cut me off. She was VERY rude the rest of the transaction. After my coffee was made (not how it usually tastes but that’s okay), slammed it down and didn’t even say anything or even get me a straw, like they usually do but still, that’s fine. I still said thank you and grabbed my own straw. I work in customer service and if something is not right, we try to figure out what it is or at least explain why something is the way it is the NICEST away possible. Very disappointed. Awful start to a Saturday morning. I will ONLY get coffee from this location if Karrie and Sierra are working...

Emma refused to make me a drink and kept emphasizing they’re closing up in 5 minutes. My wife and I went to target specifically for Starbucks. We got there at 7:55. I asked for a vanilla frappe and she said we are closing up in 5 minutes and don’t have stuff ready for frapps atm. She didn’t offer any other solutions or asked if I wanted something else that she could make. We left to go walk around target for a few minutes and decided to come back to verify when do they stop serving drinks for future reference. Customer service was trash. Got to the register and the employee working the register continued her conversation with coworkers instead of taking our orders. Kept her back to us and all, no acknowledgement at all. One employee pulled another aside to point and laugh at a customer for having questions about the menu.
