Went there yesterday, the doors were open but the hours said that they were either in the future, or at the time closing the lobby early. I went to ask for a menu so I could check it over before I went in the Drive-Thru and sat there forever. By the way everyone started to gawk at me, I thought I'd have won the lottery... Attendant and others so awe struck, couldnt tell me they didn't have one I could keep.. so, after a few moments, I just went through the drive-thru. I waited a while behind a other guest, as expected though. Cooked on spot, I expect it to take a minute. I asked for a few moments to formulate my order, the staff was very impatient especially for how long I had to sit in the same spot for 10 mins after I ordered my food... price come out a little bit differently than what I had thought it was supposed to be not too terribly much like $0.50. Only when we got the food we were missing like two items, when I went back to ask if I pulled away too soon and forgot stuff, staff said, nope, we took those off because. They said what they did is they substituted one of my other items for my other two things I was supposed to get. And it didn't save me any money and It actually cost me like 40 extra sentence I didn't bother going back through again because they didn't seem to comprehend what my problem was when I was making the order anyways. I'm not a big fan of the fries, I'm a vegetarian anyways so I know this place is not right for...
Read moreUsed to love this place but haven't been in the area for a while. Things sure have changed and not for the better. Upon entering the building I was met with a number of kiosks. This is the only way to place an order because they've gotten rid of all their servers. I then had to walk up and get my food after they called my name. No plates for our food, rather it was a basket on a tray. What the heck? Am I at Steak 'n Shake or a Sheetz? The restaurant used to have some energy to it. In fact, I've yet to go into any of their locations and not found them bustling with customers, and that was anytime of the day. Not so here. There's no energy, I hardly saw any staff at all and the only crowd was in the front of the restaurant where a few people were jammed up trying to figure out how to order from the kiosks. The melancholy vibe of the place was made worse by the stains on the ceiling where there had obviously been some structural leaks. I don't know if replacing the servers with kiosks was a corporate change or if it came about because of COVID. What I do know is they should stick with how they used to be. An upbeat, affordable, family friendly restaurant with employees I could actually interact with. Unless they change things, I'm guessing it will go under sometime within the next few years,...
Read moreJust went through drive thru and ordered 6 burgers and fries. Was asked to pull up and wait for them to make them and that is fine but I get home and condiments are dripping out all over the place. Mustard and mayonnaise in places that there should be none. Mind you I am feeding these to my kids after school when I pick them up so they have mustard and mayo all over their hands, their shirts and my back seat. That is freaking ridiculous to have to wait 10 minutes for food and it be made by the sloppiest person on Earth. I was formally a manager at a fast food restaurant and that would not fly where I worked. Note to manager: you need to pay more attention to what your employees are doing. If my son didn't have practice, I would have brought this mess back. Only good thing about this visit was the girl on the drive thru. She does a very nice job.
Been months since I went here and decided to try again. I really don't understand what their problem is Had to wait for food again which is ok. However, the fries were half full. Why make me wait 10 minutes and not give me the right amount of fries? When I had to have people wait where I worked, I always made sure they got a little extra. This time the condiment situation was under control but how about giving the customer some...
