I had originally given a 5 star review for this location, I am now lowering it to 1/5, but wish I could make it 0/5. Today I mistakenly placed a mobile order for this location instead of the Taco Bell closest my house across town. When I called THIS location(Panorama) to tell them I made a mistake and needed to know how to cancel my order, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful, loudly telling me "WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THAT, YOU NEED TO CALL YOUR BANK". I asked if there was any other way to cancel the order, and was interrupted and again told "CALL YOUR BANK. WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS ON OUR END."
There are only TWO Taco Bell locations here in town. She also insisted that I had not put in an order for their location, despite the website showing that my order was received for this location and that I needed to check in at the drive-thru(???). I wish I had taken a screenshot showing that I had, indeed, placed an order with them.
I have only mobile ordered one other time, and did not know I could cancel an order via the Taco Bell website. I wish the employee had been helpful and told me I could cancel from the website instead of being loud with me and insisting I call my bank. Maybe she didn't know I could cancel from the website. This still does not excuse her rude, loud response and interruption.
I have worked in food service for the last 10 years as a Starbucks manager, so I know a thing or two about customer service. Whoever is in charge of this location needs to get their employees' attitudes under control. Completely unhelpful and absolutely unprofessional. Will never order from this...

Read moreI stopped at this location for a quick lunch while getting ready for new year's stuff. I wanted to go inside but lobby was locked so I used the drive thru. I am not sure how my debit card got left behind but it did. The next day I went in person to get my card but employees wouldn't let me in so then I call. The manager tells me she saw my card but didn't know where it was and I needed to call the next day. I call the next day and no one has located my card. For the next 2 days I try to get someone to find my card. It has been 4 days now and banks closed for the holiday and I am forced to cancel new years eve and day plans for my family because I have no way of buying food, getting gas for my car or anything really all because the people at Taco bell cannot take the time to find my card. I am now suspicious of them stealing it inside and will contact my bank first thing in the morning. Ugh so far 2022 sucks. Thank you Taco bell...
