Fantastic food and excellent service. Was greeted immediately for lunch. Server gave us a rundown of some of the menu items. Got a couple good local beers, started with the Wild Fries (no picture) and they were crispy even with all the sauce and toppings.
Asked if we could have the burgers cut in half so we could share, and we got the Triple B with onion rings and the Mex Burger with Mac and cheese. Triple B was one of the best blue cheese burgers I’ve had in town and the Mex was a delicious mildly spicy mess of a good burger.

Tried this place a second time and told the bartender three times no mayo, same situation. What really through me off is when the bartender came back around, I had already removed the buns, he asked if everything is alright. I said mayo makes me sick and his response was just "oh". Stopped by Alaskan Burger and Brew today for their grand opening on 5th Avenue downtown Anchorage. Gotta say, they’re off to a solid start. The burger was legit juicy, cooked just right, and the fries were crispy and fresh.
Cool spot to kick back, grab some food, and chill. Staff was friendly, you could tell they were working hard with the grand opening rush, but still keeping it together.
They’ve got a good beer selection too, perfect to pair with the food.
