In the words of In Living Color’s Men on Film would say, “ Hated It!!” Walking in to the lobby I thought it was a nice place. Once I checked in I realized there are several different buildings and I would need to go outside to find my room. I did not like this layout. I asked if there was an elevator to which he said yes, but he did not tell me where it was, so I thought I’d see it on the way to my room. I did not so had to lug my heavy suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. I had more stuff to bring up so I went back and ask where the elevator was, and it was in a location that requires me to walk past my room and around the corner. It had a very weird not pleasant smell. The room was very dated which alone wouldn’t have been a huge deal for me; however the old cloth chair in there looked dirty and the bed was completely sunken in the middle. When I went to turn on the tv I couldn’t find the remote. I searched all drawers and looked behind the furniture, and let me tell you it was dirty back there with thick sheets of dust. I had to call the front desk about the missing remote which he didn’t seem surprised at all. He quickly brought 2 different remotes, and I kept the one that worked more than the other. I say that because one didn’t work at all and the one I kept mostly worked, but the volume buttons did not. A little annoying but doable. Coming out of the restroom I noticed there was a gap in the curtains that made it so if someone happened to be walking past my room, they would be able to see me coming out of bathroom/shower, so I grabbed chair from other side of room and put against the curtains to close the gap. It was in that moment I realized how dirty the curtains are. Next day I took a shower and upon getting out, the water would not shut off. This caused me to have to rush around much faster than I normally would so I could call the front desk and inform them about it. Once again the front desk did not at all seem surprised about this issue, and they quickly came up and shut it off. I was so thankful this was the only night I was staying here. The experience and state of the room left little desire of me to even want to check out what kind of food they were serving, so I just packed up my stuff and happily checked out. I didn’t give one star because this actually was not the worse hotel I’ve ever seen, and although I shouldn’t have had to call front desk for those issues, at least when I did they did their best to resolve them as quickly as they could. However, I would never...
Read morethe supervisor then said he just got in this morning at 7 o’clock in the morning and he hasn’t had time to check everything but when I first walked in the door and asked him I gave them to the end of the night to check for my things he told me before hand that they had & housekeepers and the manager himself had not found anything. When I told him that I would take legal precautions. He then stated he would check and give me a call if they found anything. At this point, I feel like the housekeeper stole my belongings, and instead of just saying that they threw them away or something they’re giving me the runaround since this morning. I understand it was my fault that I lost my belongings because I left them in the room but I came back the next day to retrieve them and I feel that since it was so much stuff I don’t understand why they didn’t call me to let me know or ask me if I was planning on coming back or whatever the case may be before my things magically disappeared. I had dirty work clothes in that room. I had my skin care products and I also bought $86 worth of food from Walmart in that room. Here’s a list of everything I had in that room that they can’t supposedly find. The next day I received a call from the hotel saying that they’ve found my things & I can come pick them up. When I got there they had my dirty clothes & skin care products in a trash bag along with 2 cans of soup that I bought. I’m glad I received my skin care products back but I’m upset because I KNOW FOR A FACT SOMEONE USED MY EYE CREAM & I had to throw it away because it was all type of debris in my eye cream This is a list of everything I had & things I’m still missing & haven’t been reimbursed for

Read moreRented two rooms (suites) and stayed for a few days with my husband and daughters. The rooms were clean and spacious but a little dated. My suite was divided into two rooms. one with a sleep sofa, desk and tv and the other with the bed, microwave, fridge. tv, and bathroom.
Our check in was fast, I booked online for best price. I didn’t try their breakfast in the morning so I don’t know if it’s good.
My one complaint is that one of the employee’s (Indian guy) on our last day approached my husband and asked him if he was smoking in the room. My husband told him no, that he could go and check his cameras and he would see him walking outside into the parking lot to smoke. He then proceeded to ask my husband if he could come into the room (where my daughters are sleeping at that!) so he could smell around. Obviously my husband told him he could not, that he already told him to go look at his security cameras and he would see him smoking outside every few hours. The employee then looked at the maintenance worker that was nearby and told him to make sure to go through our room real good once we checked out to see if my husband was lying! This encounter honestly made our last day uncomfortable. To be accused of something we didn’t do left a sour taste in our mouth. Why would anybody smoke inside and run the risk of getting charged $200 extra? Once we checked out he was finally able to continue his investigation and come to the conclusion that we told the truth, NO SMOKING WAS DONE INSIDE THE ROOM. What that guy was smelling was probably my husband as he was talking to him because as we all know smokers smell like cigarette even after they are done smoking.
To conclude, the rooms are old but clean and spacious, the suites at least. They do have an old hotel smell to them. You’ll get the best prices by booking online, they serve breakfast, have cable, and wifi, and are moderately priced. Included in that price is a deranged manager that might make your stay...
