03/30/2024- After awhile of not coming to Fogo de Chao, I was amazed of how much it had changed, starting with Jennifer amazing personality great service if you want professional, great and friendly service she does an amazing job. The food was cooked perfectly one of the few places were you taste the natural flavors of the meats, vegetables and everything they cook. 01/25/2023New items on the salad bar, a new basil pesto very delicious It's creamy the basil is just perfect not to strong but it gives the freshness to it into it, not too strong just perfect for the salad. Meats are cooked to perfection of course depending on how you like: rare, medium rare, medium well or well done. They have this chicken that it has a crunchy skin very very delicious and the meat it's juicy. Cheese(white cheddar) with honey delicious the outside is grilled the inside it's almost melted while the honey gives a warm sweetness that makes you ask for more. Everyone was very attentive every table that was there. The tres leches cake delicious it melts in your mouth 09/29/22They still have a great atmosphere, food great as always the filet mignon, lamb, ribs, chimichurri, salads; all hugger flavor great temperature we were able to ask for medium well & medium rare and every time that we did it came like we asked for. Flavors as always on point you can tell that you were eating lamb you can tell that you were eating pork you were eating beef the salads had the perfect amount of sauces to cover the salad. Service was a little occupied but they were taking care of us very well overall still a great place to eat. 01/09/22 a few of us went to Fogo de Chao again to check what the reviews been saying about the food, place and the crew.We went last night since a lot of the reviews were from the weekend. So from the time we got there to when we left everyone was on top of things, meats and drinks were coming at a decent time. Everyone had a smile on their face and management was everywhere.Meats we're on their point and what I mean by that is we ask for rare, medium rare, medium and medium well done and every single one of them was to their point as you see on the pictures. Salad was great the eggplant and zucchini were rustic but it was more of a homemade style which it's nice to see. The lamb chops, the pork ribs we're perfect falling from the bone.Yes they were busy yes they were big tables around us but all the time they were putting attention to us as well as those big tables. It was a great place it was a great time and I will go back again and I know that I will get the same service and great food that I got this two times.Veterans week 2021- Amazing place to eat, everyone is happy to see us, take care of us. Food it's amazing talking about natural flavors and enjoy the art of Brazilian state house. Management are hands on. The dessert were delicious. We came to celebrate veterans day thank you guys for making this celebration an amazing one.

Attended the family and friends soft opening for dinner. Everything was superb starting with the greeter, the floor managers, the servers, and the gauchos. Everyone was well-dressed, welcoming, and friendly. There were signs that the staff was in training but you could hardly tell. Our server was Olivia, who was excellent. The ambience was lively, the place looked elegant. Everyone seemed comfortable and happy; it felt quite welcoming. I already had a good feeling about the food before even trying it. When the food came, it certainly did not disappoint. Everything was fresh, the meats were on point and were lightly seasoned because there was nothing to hide! The salad bar had a great selection. I remember it included smoked salmon with capers, real Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, grilled artichokes, asparagus, a selection of chili peppers, pickled olives, fresh mozzarella with tomato slices and basil, three-color garbanzo salad, quinoa salad, fried eggplant slices, hummus, hearts of palm, beets, papaya, mushroom salad, pineapple slices, and many more. I had the Brazilian lemonade, which was both yummy and refreshing. My partner had a lemonade with Arnold Palmer, which came with fresh mint leaves and was also good. For dessert we had the last serving of the night; the flan, which was excellent. Since this was an invitation event, I cannot comment on the prices but I’d happily give this place my business again and again, especially if they keep up their good work. Luckily we had cash to leave a tip; totally deserved. I highly recommend Fogo De Chaõ and I’m looking forward to going back.

The owners are so greedy! What other explanation is there for cramming so many people in the restaurant, it's because they wanted to make more money on Valentine's Day. $150 for a nasty cold picked-over buffet. No warm foods at all on the buffet when we went. No grilled pineapple. Outrageously expensive and you don't even get to take home leftovers to have lunch the next day like at other restaurants. Extremely crowded, I know we went on Valentine's Day but they sandwiched us in there like sardines. They usually have 3 rows of tables, this time they had 5 rows of tables each way. Maybe 3 ft of space in between each table. You go to cut your food and someone hits your elbow immediately, over and over! Tons of staff, because they had shoved so many people in there, and they're racing around in that 3 feet of space constantly hitting you. The whole experience was extremely stressful because they were rushing. It was super loud you couldn't even talk to your companion. There was nothing romantic or expensive or high-end about it at all. It was the cheapest experience I've ever had! It was like being in a cafeteria. But yet you paid top dollar for it! It was terrible and I will never be going back to this place ever again and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid Fogo. Wrinkle tablecloths, tons of food debris all over the floor, dirty buffet, they give you a tiny little plate for the scraps of meat that come around and cut off for you. The wait staff is cutting you off and racing around you, you can't move or walk anywhere. You feel rushed. And all you want to do is leave. But yet you still have to pay $150 for this dirty cafeteria experience. And despite making a reservation (for 5:45 pm) we had to wait 1 hour because they were behind on their reservations! It was beyond crowded, it was a madhouse. There's no other explanation for why they made this their Valentine's Day experience other than the owners were greedy and wanted to make more money. But what they gained in short-term revenue that night they are going to lose long-term because I doubt a single person that was there that night will ever go back, on holiday or a regular day. And a lot of those people were probably first-timers, and they probably think this is how the restaurant is always, so they will never be back. The previous 2 Valentine's Days we went to Tucanos for late lunch/early dinner and it was so nice! I highly recommend Tucanos, not Fogo. But dont go too late, I'm sure everywhere is crowded the later you go. (Aim to be done with dinner by sunset.) Tucanos is much more affordable and the experience is significantly better! Tucanos has a great buffet, lots of selection, and lots of hot foods and hot sides to choose from. It was not crowded. Both times at Tucanos they gave me a single stem rose when I walked in the door!🌹 The wait staff was calm and friendly. And we had the same waiter or waitress for the entire time we were there. Unlike chaotic Fogo where we had like 6 different people. Tucanos has grilled pineapple, Fogo did not! Do NOT go to Fogo.

We happened to be in town on Christmas Day, and we made a reservation. So excited, as we have been to the restaurant in other markets. The good: AMAZING food. Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Nothing was lacking flavor. All the meats the gauchos brought was amazing. The polenta fries were tasty, mashed potatoes, bread and the fried banana... they were all great. The salad bar, what we tried, was amazing. The gauchos were friendly and tried to make it fun. The bad: We had made a reservation for inside seating. We were seated on the patio at a small hightop. The waiter was absolutely non existent. He was so busy waiting on the tables that had ordered a seafood tower and extra alcoholic beverages. We had to flag him down to get refill on my sweet tea. He asked my husband if he wanted another beer. He said yes. He came out, brought the beer, and totally forgot my sweet tea. Had to remind him two more times. Now. I know it was Christmas. I know it was going to be busy. However, they were NOT ready for a busy service. They couldn't keep the salad bar stocked. The meat took forever to get to us all the way out on the patio. They ran out of mashed potatoes. They ran out of bread. The bathrooms were worse than a truck stop bathroom at 2am. We expressed our concerns to the manager, who was as sweet as could be and rectified issues that he could. We would return, but I still feel slightly saddened by our experience. It was Christmas and we wanted to have an amazing meal and experience.

We went on a Monday night so it was not crowded at all and our table was ready when we arrived. My husband got the full experience where they come feed you meat every 10 minutes but I opted for the Chilean sea bass. We both sampled the market table, which is their version of a salad bar. Mind you, this is much better than the average salad bar! Along with standard items such as lettuce and tomatoes were marinated beets, mushrooms and eggplant, tabbouleh and thinly sliced charcuterie meats and cheeses. Soups. So fresh and amazing, a nice way to start the meal. My chosen entree, the sea bass, was perfectly seared and cooked just enough. Laid on top of hefty asparagus spears, it was probably the best sea bass I have ever eaten. Meanwhile, David said his meat feast was heavenly. (My one complaint is about the rolls. They were chewy and bland. Sorry!) Our meal was topped off by the Cheesecake Brulee. I swear I tasted lavender in the fruit compote that is served poured over the cake. (I checked the recipe and it's not--it's vanilla bean but no lavender). Very delicious. Huge portion, too. I could not have eaten an entire piece alone. I would have given 5 stars for atmosphere but I prefer more segregated restaurants. This place is WIDE OPEN. Not necessarily romantic in my opinion. It also needs three dollar signs on Google; this was not cheap! A treat I will cherish. The place to take your new in-laws or your boss to impress them. I think anyone would be impressed if you take them here. It's just so good!
