My first experience was very good. I went in was unsure how to order. I ended up getting two salads and only paid for one because I didn't know that I ordered a pre made salad. So I made a salad from the salad bar. When I realized my mistake, I offered to pay for the other salad. The manager said that I didn't have to pay. He introduced himself, thanked me for coming in, and explained the order process. He also gave me kids' coupons and kindly asked me to come back.
My second experience was I ordered food for a work meeting. They got the order right but left out a few food embellishments because they were slammed that day. I called and and told them our situation. At the end of the day, the manager apologized profusely and offered me a discount for my next order.
My third experience was when I ordered breakfast for a work meeting. I added three different things onto the order so I didn't know what to expect. The driver came, dropped off the breakfast was very kind and courteous and there was nothing left out. The order was perfect and the food was good.
Great customer service is rare these days. I love the fact that they have a gluten free menu and organic menu items. I definitely will be coming back and maybe try...
Read morePlease note that this review is for their corporate web team and not specifically for the Holly location. I use this deli for lunches for my team when we do in-office training. Rather than collect orders myself, I tried using their "group order" feature for online ordering.
That particular tool is excruciating at best. You can't simply log in to your account to view progress of the order. You have to start to create a new order first, THEN you are allowed to access your current order. The tool itself has proven challenging for my team (all of whom are engineers) in that half of them can successfully enter orders, and half can not. It appears that the order has been taken, but it does not show up in the order record. I'm one of the ones that can't seem to get my order registered... and I am the host LoL.
I used this "feature" trying to find a way to decrease my hassle factor in getting lunches for my team. The amount of time we spent on all of this trying to get this sorted has been a ridiculous waste.
C'mon Jason's Deli. This is the 21st century. Hire some web development talent that knows what they are doing.
Note to everyone else... avoid the group...
Read moreCafeteria style restaurant, for the price id prefer other Sandwich stops, though the salad bar looked decent enough, but it wasn't what I got. I had an Italian sub, which was worse than a premade grocery store deli sandwhich (there was a tiny black fly on the lettuce as well). Cheap meat, cheap beard, stacked with mustard and very little else to enjoy for the price. Idk if we were overcharged, but 18 for a sandwich is a lot especially since I did not finish it.
I would rather go to a bad subway, but at least this place is better than a bad KFC, and like I said, my dining partner enjoyed their salad bar, and it looked good too. It feels like food for corporate employees on a lunch break in a cafeteria and for the elderly, or big families. It reminds me of a big and bad Souper Salad buffet from back in the day but much pricier. I am unsure how they are staying in business as they don't look understaffed, if anything there was a lot of staff for a lunch rush that had maybe 20 people tops inside (Max occupancy def is near 200ish)
Either way, next time I'll go to an...
