Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Albuquerque

My boyfriend and I pulled up at 8:50 PM on Saturday night. They close at 9 and I know that can be annoying but we still deserve customer service like a customer that walks in during any time. I didn’t get any names but the young lady that was working was very rude and short with us. She only gave us an option of two breads (wheat and parmesan rosemary). She also said they didn’t have lettuce but then the manager walked in and said they do have lettuce. It seemed like she did not want to service us and was limiting our options. She was so rude that it turned me off completely and so I didn’t order anything. The manager was friendly I’m assuming he was a manager because he was in a different color shirt. There was another young man that made the sandwich and did an excellent job. He made my boyfriends sandwich with care and didn’t rush us like the young lady did. We thanked him and even left a tip. Sandwich was good. They ran out of bread which it was the dinner hour so I guess I understand. When I walked in to pick up my online order, I was informed of this and it would be an 8-13 minute wait. I figured nice warm fresh bread, I can wait. I'm good.

My order is ready. I pick it up and i leave. Was given a couple of free sub cards for the inconvenience and was given an apology for the wait. I'm thinking this is cool.

Get back to work to eat and bread is hard. Also, i ordered the Rosemary Parmesan which is the bread I'm waiting for and i didn't get it. What? An almost 15 minute wait for old bread and then not even the bread I was waiting for.

Really bummed yesterday.. I LOVE the philly they make..usually. I had my son order my the large philly and went to pick up and bring to me while I'm working around 2 or 3 o'clock on the 4th. When I go to eat, It was like I ordered a bell pepper and onion sandwich. EVERY bite was a mouthful of freagin veggies and barely any meat. Was so frustrating.. so much so I felt I had to leave something here. Opened up bread, thinking maybe it got lopsided and meat is on other side of sandwich... but.... nope.. yes there was steak meat, but good lord, as I said, I ordered steak sandwich but got a bell pepper sandwich with a Lil meat added to it..not to mention its almost a $20 freagin sandwich so you'd think the employees would make sure I am getting what I paid for.. especially these days with money the...
