Went 6/26/19. Tried more then 4 times to call in my order while driving over from work because it was close to closing and I didn't want to be that guy, and I didn't want to wait for a hot sandwich. Nobody answered the phone so I expected them incredibly busy or closed for some reason. Before walking in I called again to see if I had the correct # only to hear the phone ringing loudly as I walked into a store that has zero customers in it. There was one associate mopping the dining room and another in the back next to the phone wrapping things up.
He looked at the phone machine I guess to make sure it wasn't the boss, then said something exasperatingly like "come on!" but didn't answer. He then walked up front, took my order and everything went as planned from there. When asked, he said he was in charge that night. The other guy mopping with his hat on backwards never spoke or greeted me in or out, even when clearly asked who was the supervisor. If these two couldn't be bothered to take business orders in the phone, I wouldn't bother them with having a job to come in for. Read moreThere was 1 male and 1 female working - the female was super nice but the male was very rude - my wife ordered a chicken philly and even stated how excited she was to try it because she hadn’t had one in so long. After ten minutes we received our food and after spending a couple minutes wiping off the dirty sticky table and dirty sticky crumb filled seats, we then sat down just to realize that my wife’s sub was not a chicken philly but a steak philly - she went up to tell them that it was wrong and they asked for the sub back and when she asked what were they going to do with it they said (with a slight attitude) that they were going to throw it away - she told them that rather than watch them wastefully throw the food in the trash that she would just eat the sub. A decent place wouldn’t have even asked for the sub back after their mistake and happily prepared another one. Read moreDisgusting! Several ceiling tiles need to be replaced due to ceiling leaks. Worst is the massive collection of dust on the vents. They aren’t replacing their filters and are in desperate need of a duct cleaning. That dust and debris gets in our food! I’m shocked the health inspector hasn’t picked up on that before. There also was old food debris on the napkin holder and the bathroom light switch was gross. What the owner of this location needs to know is if this is the impression you are giving customers on areas that they can see, what is it like in areas that we can’t see?
