I am a long time mall employee and frequent this location and appreciate the discount they offer to mall employees. However, my experience with the general manager; Olivia, changed my mind and I will never again be a patron of this location. I asked what the mall employee special for the day was and was quickly asked for ID, something that has never happened before. I explained that my store does not have name tags and she promptly told me that she does not believe I am a mall employee and refused to serve me. I stop and wait in the line every time I go to the mall. 9 times out of 10 they "can't make" or "we are out of" my pretzel. Sour cream and onion, it is nothing fancy.
