Worst experience at this specific location. And let me preface, I was not a jerk to anyone while I was there. I was simply standing in the "Mobile Order" area waiting for my food.
It was not lunch rush, but the manager was stressing like it was. There were only 3 people in there, myself, and two other guys. No one in the drive through. I had placed an online order about 15 minutes prior, so that when I got there it would be ready. It was not ready... The manager working at the time proceeded to take the two guys orders (I didnt care about that) but then ignored me (I was standing at the counter in the "Mobile order" pickup area) the manager ignored me. So I called him over and said I had made a mobile order and gave him my name. I also saw my name on the screen. He said it should be out in a moment. The two guys got their orders no problem. I expected the same service, but the manager gave me the wrong order, and before I can actually let him know he walked into the back and started working on something back there. He then came back 15 minutes later and asked what I was still doing there. I told him it was the wrong order and he said it was the right one according to the receipt. But I showed him my receipt and he said he will see what he can do. 15 minutes after that an employee came into work to start their shift. They asked me if I've been helped and I let them know the situation. They then proceeded to let the cooks know and they made my order the way I wanted it. The employee gave it to me. I thanked them for their help.
This all took about 45 minutes of me waiting for my food while the two other gentlemen in there got their foor, ate it, and left. I was trying to some get good service. Quite honestly as a business owner myself, the customers concerns are How well will you take care of me, then Will my food/product be good. In all reality they dont care if its not the absolute best product, they care how you make them feel. Because that is what makes it better. Read moreThere was no soap in the men's bathroom. I let the guy behind the register know and he did come and look for a solution. His solution was to use the hand sanitizer outside the bathrooms. Did not even check the bathroom. He was preoccupied on his phone talking. The guy had a blue shirt on and curly hair and glasses. When ordering I ordered a combo, regular mean. It rang up higher than I thought, but had already tapped my card. I stated that I had ordered a regular. He said they do not have regular. I asked then if I ordered a regular and you do not have it and fave me a large should I no be charged for a regular then. He said everything will be a large with the order. He probably should have let me know upfront that they were out of regular size drinks and asked if large is ok. He was still on his phone. He stayed on his phone and roamed the sitting area and ordering area talking on his phone. He did not bring my food to me or anyone else, but yelled out what the order was. Read moreI just had to go out of my way to write a review for the outstanding service Kara provided us this evening. We rarely go out to eat as a family because it's usually overpriced and we leave having a bad experience whether it's the food, cleanliness of the facility, or customer service. Tonight was a rare exception and that's all because of Kara.
She was an absolute delight and exceeded any fast food experience we have had post pandemic. She was patient as we were trying to figure out our order, double checked she had everything correct on her end, and delivered our food to our table.
My son wanted ketchup with his chicken nuggets and we noticed there wasn't any packets in the condiment area so we asked another employee if we could get some and he said they ran out... Kara overheard and said she could get us some in the back and came back with ketchup for each member of my family.
