Today my husband and I went in for a Starbucks. We are from out of town. There was a man and woman working there and appeared to be having a conversation with a friend. They were laughing and chatting. A few minutes go by, and not even a greeting. We waited and waited. They continued to chat and laugh. We continued waiting. It's not that they didn't see us, because there was someone ahead of us in line, also waiting. The woman starts to wipe the counter. At this point, no greeting, no "hi, we'll be right with you." Nothing. They completely ignore all of us. My husband looks at me and says, "I think I'm done with this." Still NO acknowledgement of ANY of the customers waiting. We start to walk away and my husband says, "thanks for the customer service." The woman whips around (I guess she see's us now) and yells, "we're very busy!" Busy? Hmmmm... By the way, the only reason I gave this store one star is because I had to in order...
Read moreI'm that annoying customer that will go in with a list of 4 Frappuccinos that are all time consuming custom drinks. I try to go in when there's very few people waiting since my order takes a while. I've never had any issues, no grumbles or "oh we can't do that". Staff has always been very helpful and understanding (especially when these were a pregnancy craving!). There was one barista (i don't remember her name but she had pink hair) that was very friendly and helpful and seemed to enjoy making...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible service slow slow slow.. had no napkins.. actually literally pulled some wipes out of a man's hands n said he had to go w out napkins.. awful.. this worker also never offered us a receipt said we had to ask for it.. then in top of that this worker no name tags we had to ask for his name. His name was Roger working on Tuesday afternoon at 2:03 complete joke it's the Starbucks inside Target...
