I ordered a grande vanilla cold brew and paid for it $4.75. Then waited for a while for my drink only for them to tell me they are out of cold brew then they offered to make an iced coffee which I accepted....but when I asked about getting a $1 refund because an iced coffee grande is $3.75 they just offered to "fix" the mistake by putting cream in my iced coffee. The "fixed" version is now a cup of cream.... it's not even coffee anymore. Also, I got a banana which is mushy. They need to change the bananas out!!!! After waiting a total of 25 minutes I just accepted it and left. Typically Starbucks offers better customer service for a mistake that was their fault.... very disappointed in this location. I remember other Starbucks offering me a free drink when they make a mistake. OR I would have been happy with my $1 refund... but the employees were not understanding that the price I paid was more for something I did not get. Won't be going to another Starbucks again. Its very Shameful that they lie that restroom is not working …i went in order drink but i wanted to use restroom before i order but girls over there said the restroom is locked and not in service, I walked out but then i saw another lady coming out of the restroom and it was in service its very shameful for such big brand name “STARBUCKS “ these staff members are bringing bad reputation to it specially near disneyland which is a tourist spot and people from around the world come here and someone could be a diabetes patient and really need to use restroom but no one understand and just rudely lie to you …..small mom and pop stores are much better and much friendly to understand and let people use restroom as a friendly gestture , If starbucks wants to charge people to use their restroom then please add to your menu and charge people rather just lie. The store manager here who happened to be taking everyones order was rude when I asked for a refill telling me, "I'm only doing it because I remember seeing you" as if I ever left the store, assuming I left and came back and asked for a refill when I've literarily been sitting here working. She's doing it because its the refill policy for Starbucks, not for any other reason. Additionally every single worker in the place is Hispanic which is strange and does not reflect the racial demographics of the area at all. Drinks were fine, service was poor. Will not be back to...
