The lobby is deceptively nice in comparison to the rooms. For some odd reason the rooms are all angled towards the middle of the hotel. The ground is so angled that a sliding door has to be used for the bathroom door, which means there's a noticeable gap in the bottom of the door. Speaking of the bathroom, there is no ventilation whatsoever so anytime you take a shower the entire room is muggy. The thermostat is probably the weirdest I've ever seen. If the room is too hot and you click the thermostat one degree down, it will continue to decrease the temperature until you stop it. The same is true for the opposite, the heat will continue to rise until you stop it, just off of one click. There is no free breakfast, and the breakfast sold in the restaurant is severely overpriced for what you get. There is also no free WIFI. The pros are simply the facility and amenities the health club has.
CONS are the service and staff. I was a former member interested in reinstating my old membership. The previous Health club leadership.embraced the loyalty of members and took care of them . The new leadership and service is garbage. Loyalty means nothing (even a staff member told me that) . Its all about money with them.
