California Pizza Place: Where Pizza Meets PokĂ©Master StrategyâAnd Your Diet Meets Its Untimely Demise
If your stomach is growling louder than a Charizard in a rage and your inventory is as barren as a PokĂ©Stop in the middle of nowhere, California Pizza Place is your salvation. Conveniently located near Disneyland, this delightful establishment offers two things essential for survival: ridiculously good pizza and strategic PokĂ©Stop accessâfour of them, just begging to be spun while you contemplate life choices and calorie counts. Truly, multitasking at its finest.
Now, letâs talk strategy. The gluten-free meat pizza? A commendable optionâflavorful enough to trick even the most skeptical eater into thinking theyâre making a health-conscious decision. And if youâre assembling the dream team of pizza toppings, the bacon, pepperoni, sausage, jalapeño, and onion lineup is basically the Elite Four of flavor, crushing all competition with a perfectly executed taste combo. But the real grand champion? The crustâthin, crisp, and baked so flawlessly that it could teach Pikachu a thing or two about precision.
The ambiance? Playful, inviting, and just chaotic enough to make you feel like you've stepped into a PokĂ©mon Gymâexcept the biggest challenge here is deciding which pizza wonât ruin your ability to fit into jeans tomorrow. The staff? Utter legends of hospitality, delivering service so friendly that you half expect them to hand you a badge when you leave.
And letâs not forget the hoursâopen late enough that whether you're coming off a theme park-induced exhaustion or an all-night PokĂ©mon conquest, you can refuel like the reckless champion you truly are.
Final verdict: If youâre in the area, hungry, and in need of quality pizza and PokĂ©Stop farming, California Pizza Place is a no-brainer. Highly recommendâbecause honestly, if you settle for bad pizza or miss out on free PokĂ© balls,...
Read moreDo you know how long Iâve been looking for good NY style pizza?! I went to so many popular well reviewed pizza restaurants all over Orange County and I was disappointed pretty much every time. A pizza is a pizza so we would still eat it but every time I would miss our beloved NYC pizza until I found the California Pizza Place - itâs this little hole in the wall with locals coming in and out constantly. They always know the best placesâŠ.
Their pizza is perfection. Itâs absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy and chewy. The sauce is addictive. The cheese is stringy, real, and so yummy.
The first day at the convention we got one slice and then got anotherâŠthe next day we ordered an x-large. We are only 2 people. We had it for breakfast the next day also. It was still superb and now Itâs all finished. đŹ
I donât know how we didnât find this pizza place sooner. Itâs a few minutes from Disney and from the Convention center on the corner of a strip mall with a Nashville fried chicken place next door (also delicious) and a cafe, along with a couple of other highly rated eateries.
I forgot to mention, everyone working there for the 2 days in a row we went were so wonderful and sweetâŠ
Definitely try California Pizza Placeâs Pizza and post a review when you do. They deserve...
Read moreThe fried chicken is uneatable, they burned the chicken and left it unseasoned, also using old oil. This comes from a person who traveled all throughout the U.S, visiting 40 states and appending most of his life in Europe. When we came up to the counter to explain the situation the man (Javier) tried to scam us, telling us that itâs supposed to be like that, and refused to give us a refund even though we returned the chicken after only grabbing a small bite to actually know if itâs good (1-2 bites) and he claimed that itâs fully eaten and refusing to listen to us. They also do not serve complimentary water and require you to pay $5 for a small water bottle. The pizza tastes like itâs store bought, stale base, no sauce and a really fatty, soggy, disgusting cheese. I never had to give a 1 star review yet this is truly unacceptable, we paid $100+ for 2 pizzas and the previously mentioned burnt, 4 small piece...
