I generally only leave reviews if I actually really like a place, but my poor experience at Logan's this week warrants this complaint. My family had no problem waiting for about 15 minutes for a table here, even though the restaurant wasn't really busy on a Monday night. By the time we sat, we waited for about 10 minutes before our server even came by. She asked for our drinks and we went ahead and put in our orders because we already were assuming we wouldn't see much of her and wanted to get them in while we could. Not too much later, another server brought out my salad. By the time I finished my salad, I had to get the hostess to flag down the waitress to bring our drinks out. The waitress came back and asked again what we ordered to drink and then offered to bring out rolls. Then she finally brought out our drinks and the whole 3 rolls (Logan's doesn't skimp!) came out about 2 minutes before our food finally came. Our drinks were done by the time we started entrees and we were not once seen after the food came. We asked another server for refills but they also never came. Keep in mind that the restaurant still was not rushed at this time. We bussed our own table entirely and pushed our empty cups towards the aisle side for some attention but still were waiting about 10 minutes for any interaction from the staff before we actually got up and tracked down the server in the kitchen and asked for our check. When she brought the check, she didn't say a SINGLE word. No questions about dinner, apology about the wait or lack of service, no thank you. It get like she knew she wasn't giving the best service and wanted us out of there. She was at the table next to us while we read the check, attached the debit card, and lifted it for her as she walked by but she completely ignored us. We waited an additional few minutes to see if she'd come back, but saw that she was just standing at the entrance of the kitchen. We had to ask the hostess to get the server to come process the card and she was very nice and helpful. When the server came back she was again silent. Read moreWe had our first bad experience in March 2022 after 10 or so visits to this place over the last couple years. I always order the fried cheese and bacon burger, but this time when it comes out is has mozzarella cheese sticks on it instead of the fried cheddar cheese cake thing. When I enquired the waitress said they changed it but nothing on the menu about the change. Waitress should have offered me something else or to comp it right there but whatever. I went ahead and tried it but it was dry and terrible with Mozzarella instead of cheddar and def not what I wanted. I ate maybe a 4th of it and the fries and asked the manager to comp it which they did with no fuss. We won't change the star rating at this time but hope our next visit is better.

This place is always been consistently good when I go. We absolutely love their croutons in the salads, and the grilled pork chop is very tasty. My favorite is their burger with that fried cheese Patty, and the reason they get five stars. I once had one of those fried cheese patties and it was so hot the cheese came out and burnt me on the lip LOL. They were super great about it and brought me some burn gel from the kitchen out of the first aid counter and it made the pain go away I was really pleasant I didn't have to deal with that as the burn hurt. Read moreWe had a HORRIBLE experience tonight for my niece 17th birthday! 13 of us drove an hour and half away to come enjoy dinner. I took awhile to get our drinks, once we got them, they had like 2 pieces of ice in them, and wasn’t left any straws. But time got out straws, the ice had melted. My husband added a steak on to his rib entrée, after waiting about 45 min half of our order came out, at which point the server informed us then, that the steak wasn’t able to be added on ( he should have told us this, as soon as he put the order in and realized it) two of our baked potatoes were not cooked, there was a hair in my broccoli, 4 of our orders where completely wrong. Once we received our checks, we walked to the host stand, and told the lady (host) the situation. She took our cards and receipts and went to “tell the manager” after about 10 minutes the manager Michael came out and handed us our already ran cards and gave us our receipts to sign. THEY RAN OUR CARDS WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION!!!! Then the manager acted like there wasn’t anything that could have been done about ALL THE WRONG THAT HAD HAPPENED TO US!!!
