Good food, but they aren’t very consistent in being open when they’re supposed to be. They are closed random days through out the week when the web states that they’re open. Makes me worried workers could be getting sick with Covid and makes me not want to eat here as often with possible sick workers. Can’t think of any other reason they would be closed on all these random days.

To your FIRST response that you changed & deleted : That wasn’t a very professional response. I just feel as though a PROFESSIONAL business would have all those kinks that you described taken care of. As you stated before school is back on which means I’m sure there are plenty of students looking for employment! Sounds like you need more employees to me. & Are you guys really foolish enough to think because you’re vaccinated you still can’t catch COVID? Please do more research because you’re CLEARLY uneducated about the vaccine. It protects YOU from feeling sick or possibly dying from COVID, but YOU CAN STILL CARRY THE VIRUS & PASS IT ALONG TO OTHERS! But yeah you could’ve saved that response because it just sounded like a bunch of excuses to me. I’ve very mindful of the food industry ACTUALLY because I grew up as server in the restaurant industry, so I’m aware of how things should be PROFESSIONALLY ran. Thanks

SIDE NOTE: This business changed their response back to me because the first response they gave was full of excuses LOL so professional. & nobody is about to take the time to look at those articles. As I stated before HIRE SOME OF THESE U OF M STUDENTS LOOKING FOR EMPLOYMENT!!!! Never once seen a “hiring” sign...

Watch out kimchi lovers, if you taste your kimchi in a weird way, for me, it's spoiled but according to the management of the restaurant, it's not bad but rather "fermented more." I've been to this restaurant for more than 2 decades.

I was told on the phone I could get my $ back on the phone so I made the trip (2nd one) and took 4 kimchi back and was told they're not going to refund me because the kimchi are not bad and 2) I made the trip to late (within a week while the restaurant was closed Mon. and Tue.).

Overall, this is not the service and food quality I would expect from a restaurant who has been in business more than 3 decades.

Update: Given the response from the restaurant that implied that there was too much time lapsed; however, during the initial complaint, I was provided with a comment, "Kimchi never go bad." I was not in proximity in the area and I took it back on Mon. (3rd day) but the...

If you're looking for bad service, you can find it here. My friend and I were visiting the restaurant for the first time and arrived at 8:30 pm. I asked if it was okay to order and they said yes. Since it was our first time I asked for a suggestion and they told me to order a hot plate. It was too hot to eat right away and took a while to cool off enough to eat. I was almost finished but on the nose at 9:00 they literally kicked us out. They walked up to us and told us we could not stay there and finish the dinner. I would have been done if they could have waited for 5 minutes but apparently, customer service is not a priority at this restaurant. How do you turn off the lights and tell your guests that they can't finish their meal when they allowed you to order and they were the ones who suggested...

I love almost every dish here—bibimbap, seafood pancakes, and curry rice are my favorites. I actually became a fan of seafood pancakes because of this place! I used to dine in frequently, but after getting busier, I started ordering through DoorDash during peak hours. Whether dining in or ordering out, the food quality is always excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and polite, which makes dining in a truly pleasant experience. 10/10 for authentic food, great service, and consistently delicious dishes! Always great food here, no matter what I order. We have our favorites. No gimbap on weekends, including Fridays, so we missed out. Buuutttt....we enjoyed every bite of ... Tteokbokki (spicy rice cake topped w/egg) Mandu (fried dumplings) Spicy pork (sliced pork stir fry w/ rice) Bulgogi (sliced beef stir fry w/ rice) Kimchi jigae (spicy soup with kimchi, pork, veggies and clear glass noodles plus comes with a side of rice) It was my first time ordering the kimchi jigae and by far my fave dish of the night! Even better the next day when warmed up!

I took my wife and daughter here to eat after the hands on museum and let me tell you everything was delicious, the service was amazing. I ordered bibimbap in a hot stone bowl and it was the best bibimbap I had. My wife loved her food and even our 3yr old daughter loved the food. Everything is house made and I can tell. The owner is really nice, I am coming back forsure to try everything on the menu. I definitely recommend coming here if you’re around the area and looking for authentic Korean cuisine.
