Dishonest Company. Pay cash because they cannot be trusted with your credit card number! Our waitress turned in our order wrong doubling what we ordered. We told her immediately and she told us she would take it off of our ticket but told us to keep the food. After all was said and done she changed her mind and we were forced to pay for her mistake which we were going to overlook until she gave herself a generous tip on our card. I called numerous times and spoke with the manager just trying to get back what the waitress stole. The manager kept promising to return phone calls and make it right and wanted my return business, but it has been months now with no refund. We gave them the opportunity to make it right before finally having to open a dispute with our credit card company. Beware when doing business with this company. The employees are not held accountable for their actions and the managers will tell you what you want to hear but never actually make it right. If you give these crooks business please make sure you pay cash because they cannot be trusted with your credit...

First and last time I will ever go to this bar. I arrive with a group of 8 or so and both bartenders are very rude to all of us. Then we decide we want to see the upstairs, but the bouncer inside tells us we cant use the set of stairs that is inside the bar, we have to use the outside set of stairs... why would this matter? So we all have to chug our drinks because we cant go outside to get to this staircase and we all just ordered drinks. Then we go up these outside stairs and are told they're "at maximum capacity" what a joke. We leave for a while, and at midnight it becomes my birthday. I'm told The Bar has a great birthday policy and you get a glowing button and mug along with free drinks. I come back because I'm pretty excited to be treated well on my birthday. The bartender tells me "technically it's the day before in bar time"...... are you kidding me? apparently I can't get their birthday special when it is my birthday. My group and I were treated poorly at every turn with this bar. Would never recommend it...

We stopped in after a Packer game to finish watching the remaining afternoon football games. Service started out acceptable but went downhill quickly. After ordering food and finishing, our trays were taken with no offer to refill drinks. We would get looked directly at by bartenders with no attempt to approach to see if we needed anything. We watched this happen to several groups that would walk in, sit down, and struggle to get a drink. We also talked to other patrons so weren't the only ones experiencing it. The bar was not busy and there were 2 bartenders behind the bar. I'm not sure why they have such a long bar if they only service a portion of it. Thankfully we had cash to pay our bill instead of having to wait for them to return to take a card or we would have been sitting there even longer. I've never seen such poor bartending. Maybe if they could stay off their phones and quit leaning against the wall they could work. We had been in the night before to grab a burger and sat at a table and got...
