Baggins just charged me almost $18 for two scoops of tuna. For more than a decade I’ve been going to Baggins and getting the tuna cup. It’s a scoop of tuna in a cup (because I don’t want bread). I go to the Baggins all over town and they charge me typically between $8 and $10 for the two scoops of tuna in the cup. this time they said it would be almost $18, ($11+ for the first scoop and another $6+ dollars for the second scoop). I said gosh I’ve literally ordered this may be 150 times and never paid more than $10 or so. And they said well that’s what it is and I think maybe they didn’t believe me that I’ve been ordering this for over a decade… I suggested maybe they could just ring it up as two extra scoops and maybe that’s how everyone else has been doing it over the last decade, I don’t know. The “Tuna salad” is only $12 - it’s a huge salad with I think two scoops of tuna so obviously $18 for two scoops in a cup does not make sense. Anyway, I could probably get a steak at Flemings for $20 during lunch so maybe that’s what I will do from now on instead of coming to Baggins.

I was craving soup and a sandwich and decided to give this place a try since I don't live too far. I placed an order online for the unforgettable wholesome half with chips and a drink, a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup, and the carrot cake. I went to pick up at my chosen time, and it was chaotic. I stood in front of the registers ignored for 5 mins, and then when I was finally asked if I could be helped, they hadn't even started my order. So they rushed a bag to me and I left. Got to my car and checked, no sandwhich. Had to go back inside with the chaos, and the young lady was waiting there with the sandwich. So they knew I didn't have my sandwich, but no one took the initiative to bring it out to me. Terrible. The food was good but not worth the chaos and for $23.00. Also, check out the bowl of soup in the picture for $6.50. Not even full. They also were not the friendliest at all. All of the food I ordered was crammed into a greasy torn brown paper bag.

Any time that I travel to Tucson, my first stop is always Baggin's. Like the name says, the Unforgettable is something that I can't stop thinking about, and don't overlook the side salads - they are delicious as well. There are so many things that I would love to try on the menu, but I never get past my favorite - it is that good :) The complimentary cookie is always a nice touch, and the spiced ice tea is addictive. Unfortunately, this location didn't seem to have the attention to detail as other locations do. Even though there was only one other person in the store, it took awhile to get someone's attention to take my order. The store also had an off-putting smell to it, so I took my sandwich and ate it in the car. Please come to Texas so I can have my favorite sandwich more often!

I did an order online for delivery on 6/2 at 10:56am which provided me with a delivery time of 12:01-12:06pm that day. The order arrived at 12:10pm which isn't a big deal because it was just a few minutes after the time it had given me online. When the delivery driver came inside he asked me if I was contacted by someone to let me know they were out of Carrot Cake in which I told him no one had tried to contact me and he was very apologetic that they hadn't. He then told me that they wouldn't be able to credit me but I could choose from these other two desserts that he brought with him. We declined for it wasn't something that we wanted. The delivery driver then told me to contact Crystal the manager since we didn't want the other two desserts and she would give us a store credit. I called and asked to speak to Crystal and the girl who answered the phone inquired what this was in regards to so I explained. She put me on hold and within seconds the same girl picked up the line again and said I'm a manager what's going on now? I couldn't believe that she wouldn't just get the manager when they told me to call and talk to her and they would take care of this. I told her never mind since they couldn't even be courteous enough to get the manager Crystal on the phone when they told me to call and talk to her. We won't be ordering from them ever again at this point because they had 1 hour and 15 minutes to call us and tell us in advance that they were out of something and even the delivery driver was shocked we weren't contacted. The desserts they brought weren't even desserts offered on their menu online and with it being the first part of the day to be out of something and not notify someone. Extremely horrible customer service and they take no accountability. Also kind of surprised that ordering cold sandwiches that it took so long to get our food when we are not far from the restaurant and we ordered before the lunch rush especially since we can order from other places and receive our food in 30...

No Soup for You! Baggin's has been a staple for decades serving up the best sandwiches in Tucson. So much admiration for Beggin's I joined the team back when I was in high school.

Baggin's has always had that "our way or no way" kind of attitude...No Soup for You! If you try to order by phone..."No Soup for you!" Want to process an order as a guest online... "No Soup for You!" Some of us are on the move and have busy lives. To simply call in, stop by and grab a brown bag is efficient. Taking the time to download an app and then create an account was tedious. Baggin's customer interface online or through the app is lacking, and has been for years. The experience can be frustrating when you are on the move. Then there is the minimum 30 ASAP option...30 minutes is not ASAP. Arriving at the location and not having order on file and then have to show Manager my confirmation email with the correct location adds the the frustration. Don't get me started about my past delivery experiences.

From time of desire to have Baggin's for lunch to receiving my brown bag was over an hour. I even had time to write this review.

Message has been sent and received...if you don't have the time to stand in the chaotic line out the door..."No Soup for You!".

I wish Chris would open more Sausage Deli...

Absolutely the worse experience I’ve ever had. Danielle is the most unhelpful manager there. Daniella informed me that online orders are not as important as the rush that came in 45 minutes after you placed the order. She also let me know that she didn’t care that I was waiting another 15 minutes for the order to still be prepared as people who came in after I was in the store got their orders. And to top it all off the order I received was completely wrong. And even better they couldn’t be reached on the phone to do anything about it because they were to busy to “monitor the phones.” Extremely disappointing in the lack of understanding and willingness to make things right when clearly the service was far below expectations.

It’s now been over a week that I provided the additional information they asked for. But I have yet to receive a response of any kind and I am still waiting for my refund. This horrible experience keeps getting worse. I would expect the Vice President of the company to have done something to fix the issue by now since he’s the one who emailed me. It really would be nice to get my money back for the order I...
