I apologize for the long review ahead of time. I have worked in the service industry most of my life as a waiter and bartender. I worked in fast food when I was younger. I have never left an establishment 1 star before. I would leave no stars if it was possible. I do not believe this location knows how to treat a customer, judging by previous reviews and personal experience. This is the only Arby's near me. I have had 3 terrible experiences here and today will be the last. The first time I went to this location, about a year ago, they messed up my kids order SEVERAL times.. They were rude about fixing it and eventually we gave up on it. Then I decided to try it out again late evening (9-ish PM) on a Saturday a few months later I believe. There's only 1 one person working. She was the cook, the drive-thru person, the expo, the everything. She was a little rude, but I can understand that with having to do the work of 3 or 4 people, probably for the same pay. The food was actually good this time, slow but again I can understand. Not really her fault that her management won't staff the restaurant properly. Today I decide to give it another shot during lunch time. I thought since its lunch, they must be prepared and I bet it will be a good experience. BOY was I wrong. I pulled into the drive-thru at 12:02 and there were 3 cars ahead of me. That's all the drive-thru really fits. The inside had about 10-15 people. It took around 10 minutes for me to get to the speaker (that's not terrible, i expect lunch to be busy) Once the lady in front of me ordered, I got to the speaker and the gentleman asked me to please wait. I obliged and told him to take his time (probably going to stop saying this from now on). Once all 3 cars in front of me had their order and were on their way, I was still waiting at the speaker with cars lined up to the street (AT LEAST 5 cars backed out and drove away). About 10 minutes went by, and the gentlemen was finally ready. I ordered a Bourbon BBQ Brisket meal. The picture looks delicious and it is something I never ordered before. When I pulled up to the window the gentleman working the drive thru stated that there was a lady that claimed they messed up her order so "he was busy dealing with that mess". I understand, stuff like that happens, no big deal. About 15 minutes goes by, by this time I'm already frustrated and I'm sure it's written all over my face. It is now 12:43. He finally comes to the window with my order and I let him know that I have been in this drive thru close to 45 minutes on a lunch break. He didn't apologize, he just said that they are short staffed and he had that issue. He warned me that the fries were piping hot so to be careful...........LOL. I get home, the fries never finished cooking! What A MESS... My sandwich looks like a grilled cheese my kids make me, all smashed with nothing inside. The little meat in the sandwich tasted rancid. I took 1 bite and threw this meal away. This is a long review that I don't expect many people to read, but I hope it catches some peoples attention to save them from the disappoint and waste of time AND money.

Made a couple of dinner pitstops on North Collins St after the Dallas Cowboys vs Ravens home game. This was the first one. Roast beef sandwich w/ curly fries is usually the go-to order but we had other spots to hit up so we scratched the fries and just got the roast beef sandwich. There were only a couple patrons seated inside (mind you, this location is RIGHT across from AT&T Stadium so we expected it to be PACKED after the game). Anyways the girl who served us was courteous. Our food was ready in about 5-10 min. I remember the roast beef sandwich having more sauce in it. Or maybe we just hit bad luck w/ this particular location and they skimped on the sauce? Also, I remember the sandwiches having more meat in them too! Either way, the sandwiches were dry. Luckily the condiment sauce bar was fully functional. 1/3 of the faucets at the drink machine were also out of service so that was funny.

Food is always on point. Now the only reason yall got 2 stars less is because the last few times I've been here I never get my complete order. How do you forget the au jus for the sandwich that it comes with?! Three times yall have forgotten it and I've looked past it. Then half the time I dont get the condiments I've asked for and seems as if though we cant get napkins either. That's a small problem nothing huge. But it seems like we arent checking orders before handing them to customers. Arbys can be very spendy at least get the order correct. Otherwise this place is great. Just lacking g a few small things.

First of all I love Arby's food and sandwiches. But this particular occasion I had a problem with the assistant manager, and the manager. They both were extremely rude, because I had a coupon that I was supposed to be able to use until and I December 31st. The owner at the Hilton Hotel gave me and my wife to Lifetime coupons that's what they were called. They told me I could only use it one time and I have been to Arby's like about 2 times already with those same coupons. So to cut down confusion I let them keep it I got my food and I walked out. I actually watched the manager make my sandwich very abruptly and then throw it up on the tray I was really heated about that but I said I wasn't going to say nothing because maybe they're having a bad day but I could have made that day even worse if I could have went off in the store. I'm not that type of person to display my anger out in public. After 8 years in military I am working on keeping my anger in my rage under control. So this visit at Arby's was just a disgrace to the Arby's name. There was no greeting hello how are you doing today none not by the cashier, not by assistant manager, and not by the manager. This is not the way you handle and do business. Your customers is the number one priority regardless if they have a coupon or if they have cash there's no difference from a coupon or cash. I work in business long enough and customer service long enough work with people long enough to know that. As an assistant manager at Walmart and an assistant manager at Universal Studios I know the importance of taking care of your customers, 4 at Universal Studios they were our guests. I've never experienced what I just experienced today at any fast food restaurant or restaurant. And that's all I have to say that's how my visit was I hope that something can be done about this because I don't see me ever going back to that particular restaurant ever...

If I could give zero stars, I would. Today was a sad day in Arby’s history for me. Ever since I was a little boy I would go to Arby’s with my great grandmother and get the Beef n’ Cheddar sandwich, who passed this past February. Tonight I went to Arby’s, just so I could relive that feeling. I ordered the Beef n’ Cheddar meal like always, except now I get the half pound size since I am much bigger than when I was a boy. I drive home, smelling the aroma of the food, getting so excited as I get closer to my apartment. I get home, walk through the door and set the bag on the table and say my prayer. I open the bag and grab the box out and open it.... just to see no cheese. They gave me a roast beef sandwich, who even eats those? Immediately I get up and decide to go back to fix this fiasco. When I get there I tell them they gave me a roast beef sandwich instead of the beef n’ cheddar. I give the bag back with my sandwich and he comes back and gives it back to me. I get home again to see it’s the same box which I poured Arby's sauce on the lid of and now the bun is super soggy. I open the sandwich and all they did was squirt some cheese on the top layer. At this point I’m too tired to go back again so I just eat it. All the while I just wanted to cry because I was so unhappy. This was truly my worst experience at Arby’s in my life. Don’t go to this location because they don’t even try to satisfy...
