Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Arlington

If anyone in management that bothers reading reviews in Charley's take one thing away from this very long review, the service/timing completely fails this Charley's. I ordered here really frequently in person, then switched to online pickup for convenience. They have only ever had my order ready TWICE when I walk up. I even place my order up to 15 minutes before I go on break to give them time because I am aware it doesn't take 30 seconds to make a philly like any other fast food. My biggest problem in this long review i write, is when ANYBODYYY makes an online order, you prioritize it, because they have already paid in advance for this service. By the time I had the order scheduled vs when I actually got it, it took 20 minutes to make my order I placed in advance. At the end of the day, it's just highly annoying because I only have an hour, and a quarter of it was used just standing. I made an online order should have been ready when I arrived however it was at at least 20 minutes waiting. I paid 20 dollars for 2 Philly cheese steak subs I thought that I needed not to check out my order after all with all the time spent waiting this has to be right oh how wrong I was there was no cheese none nada just a shriveled up bun with something that looked like meat. I purchased a combo hete yesterday and I was sooooo disappointed. Charlie's has always been my go to for lunch at the mall (I don't go mall shopping that often). But the fries were not the same. They were horrible and the quality is so cheap now. The fries used to be thick cut and served with seasoned salt in a cup. Now, they're skinny, flavorless, and just sad.
