Worst experience ever. Waited over 40 mins for what you saw. We asked about our order as we saw a customer who came in after us left with their order. The response given was that no, their order was placed before yours, then Trysten rolled her eyes and started giving attitude. I then noticed the other employee pattng her head with her palm then proceeded to work on our order (without washing her hand or changing gloves) and used the same hand to place topping in and around the cup. (Side note: 8 don't have any issues with patting, scratching touching your head, my issue is that the same hand was used with washing or replacing her glove) I walked up to get the employee's attention and said that I would like them to toss the cup out and to change gloves and to start over. I'm not going to let my kid eat the dessert knowing what I saw. From there things escalated and Trysten became argumentive and became snarky that we pulled her away from doing what she knows to doing something she didn't want to do.....really, that's life there will be times where you will do things you don't know or don't want to do. Trysten continued to argue and stated that it's a habit to pat or scratch your head, like it was no big deal. Sh also snarked that we couldn't wait 2 sec causing delays in other people's orders as she was pulled away from what she was doing. You (Trysten) are aware you work in the service industry where YOU chose to work and service customers. Throughout this entire situation the other employee was trying to get Trysten to stop talking, but Trysten continued snapping back and causing more of a scene making the company look bad. Very disappointed that employees did not use food service safety protocols, from the beginning and only started after we called it out with attitude. The prices are the only thing over the top....the picture (Black Forrest) is what they charge $18 plus tax🤯😳😳🤬😡, We mentioned our presentation compared to others was much different, Trysten responded that because you made us stop what we were doing to take care of you so this is what you get. The other employee stepped on and had Trysten place our order on a tray. She then shoved over to us. After we finally got our order we were explaining our view point and that was the time the employee mentioned that the orders come over in the order based on the degree of difficulty when making it . If that was told to us at the beginning, this situation could have been avoided, but no here we are. Will not be visiting again. Y'all need to do better.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat!! Despite it being 30 minutes before closing, Nike greeted us with the biggest smile and warmest welcome!! His style was so cool and it just made for an even better experience. We already looked online and knew what we wanted, we left with the double chocolate chip and toasted s’mores, but after my babies and I each had a bite, we ran back in for more! We got the tres leches and a caramel one and OMG they were all so good!!!! I talked to Nike this time as we were the only customers and he’s just so relatable and kind. His humble yet big energy was just what I needed to end my night with. I could really write so much about how enlightened I was by such a young man. I hope this company sees how valuable he is and I hope he knows so as well. Grateful we chose this place for our churro stop and even more grateful Nike was the one we were blessed with having help us.

Saw this place while grabbing lunch next door. Immediately took a mental note because I love churros but no one around my area can seem to make them right. Once I was done with lunch I went over to Churro On Top and upon walking in I was hit with that delicious smell of churros… OMG, my mouth started watering lol. I ordered the OG and crème brûlée. Absolutely delicious, I’m so glad I walked into this place because it scratched that itch that no other places have and then SOME! The service was super friendly and fast, the atmosphere was awesome as well, my mom couldn’t stop talking about how lovely the decor and setup was lol. I believe I spoke to the owner, Anna, she was very lovely and gave me a sample of the delicious peanut butter sauce she makes in store. The churros can be considered pricy, but I think they’re fair especially in this economy. On top of that, these churros are O-M-G delicious! Well worth the prices, 100%. This is the only place I’ve found in DFW where the churros have been awesome. Everywhere else the churros are tasteless, old, or even taste cheap. This place got the formula right, you can tell they use high quality ingredients and that’s what you’re paying for. Sure you can get a churro at Sam’s club for a buck 50, but it’s gonna be garbage compared to the churros at COT. Definitely coming back to show my friends when we are in the parks mall area. Also shout out to Anna and her dad and a big HOOAH for his service. Thank you for the sample and the conversation, Anna. Hope to see...

Churro on top is definitely the #1 place to be. Their food is amazing and customer service is incredible. I had ordered a OG and specialty Shake. The employee stated that they had a lot of tickets beforehand, and that was going to be a wait. I was really excited to try their food and she had said it was worth the wait. There was only two people working and I could tell that they were swamped, but they were doing a great job of getting everything Out until One of the customers came in complaining that another customer got their food before them. They seemed pretty angry, even after the employee explained the problem and then hovered and you can tell they were uncomfortable. When the employee handed out the shake, it looked amazing and almost made me want to try it, but they were still unsatisfied and complaining. The employee was doing a really good job of being nice and polite until they started being disrespectful. I could tell it was a very stressful situation. Overall, I was not disappointed in my shake, and it looked amazing. It was definitely worth the wait. My advice to people coming here is to understand that they make a shake that’s PICTURE PERFECT and that it will take time, especially if they want it to taste and look good. For them to only have two girls and have to have an order with six Shades I think they did...
