Edit: Tried it again since it's been a few more months, and it was pretty good! The boba itself was made perfectly. Chewy, tender, and sweet. The drink was pretty good and tasted correct, not perfect.

Their welcoming atmosphere was better, as the lights were on, there's music, decent customer service, and guest area is clean. It would be nice if there were more personable decorations. It's decorated decently, but it's a little basic.

4/5 because I know experience wildly varies with different staff. Will stop by again to see if it's still good. The experience was on par with the other boba shops.

This used to be my go-to boba shop since like 2016, but I will no longer be recommending this ShareTea location. TeaScoop and OneZo are down the street and have never disappointed me with consistently good quality and a welcoming atmosphere.

Complaints: The drink always tastes completely different even though I order the exact same thing every time. How is my matcha gonna be missing the matcha?? 1% matcha 99% milk+sugar... This time, they didn't forget the matcha, but they did forget the sugar... I get being off a little, but it seems like just not even following the recipe. The boba isn't cooked properly and the customer service/atmosphere feels so unwelcoming. Why are the lights off? It feels like the shop isn't open yet and you end up just standing/sitting in the semi-dark.

Idk if the staff just weren't given any proper training, but I felt like I wasted my time and money each time I came. There just does not seem to be any improvement each time I go, and now there are multiple boba shops in this area that can do 10x better in pretty much...

I've been here many times. Used to come here frequently. My best friend, cousins and I used to love it - not anymore. It was my favorite boba place. However, after all this time, I've been wanting it less and less bc they are so inconsistent. Also what I have noticed is that the girl workers never smile or greet anyone. The guy workers are nicer. I've noticed that EVERY single time I come here.

I went yesterday, ordered mango green milk tea - it was a guy at the register. The girl who was going to make the drink yelled out "I hate making mango green milk tea! It's so extra!" Okay? I'll save her the trouble and not order it anymore? I don't feel like coming here anymore. She could've at least waited until we left to express how much she dislikes making it...? You work here??? So I would suggest to get a different job if you hate it that much you'd show it in front of paying customers. I've been gravitating towards Ding Tea more - NEVER encountered rude workers there and the drinks have been consistent.

I don't get why the girls here never have good customer service. I've never seen them smile. They also don't ever bother to ask "what can I get for you?" Or "what would you like to order?" They literally just stare at you until you speak to them. I know I'm not the only one who has noticed this. I wonder if the owner/manager ever trains their workers on how to have...

I left a 5 star review 3 years ago I am now changing it to 1 star after my last several visits. It seems like all their recipes have changed and nothing I order tastes good anymore. This time the taro tea tasted pretty much like milk and nothing else there was alot of the taro power not even blended in sticking to the straw and roof of the drink. Last time they did not clean the blender and my fruit tea ended up tasting like whatever milk tea they blended in it before. The time before that they were out of ice cream and couldn't make 3 of the drinks I tried to order. The staff is no longer friendly, no more "hello" or "welcome in" they seem annoyed customers are coming in at all and they don't turn the lights on anymore I almost thought they were closed today. I get the transition period of new management but you guys have to do better you've lost my business, I'll try again next year for now I have found a new place to regular. Lately I've been going to the boba place across the street, they are much better! This sharetea location is no longer worth your money I would recommend the sharetea in Mansfield or find...
