I went there for breakfast in the morning. I had someone with me so there were two of us. When we walked in there was no one in line and there was only one person in the place at a table eating and she looked like she worked there as well. The man at the counter where we stood to wait for our order. He did greet us. Hello, morning. However, he went about his chores and said give him a moment. Looks like he was packing boxes for lunches to take out to other places. Perhaps businesses or schools? I'm not sure. That he may have been a manager. So we stood there, and we stood there and we stood there waiting. Give our order to the man that said give with me a few minutes. It took him almost 10 minutes to wait on us. Although there was no one else in the place. It seems whatever he was doing took priority over his customers. That was standing before him. Finally, when he did take out order. It took about another 10 minutes to get our order. And when we got the order the order was wrong. They didn't make my sandwich the way I asked them to. I asked him to toast the bread. They did it. I asked for some type of sauce. I forgot what it was pesto. That's what it was and he gave me such little pestole. My sandwich was dry. Some mayonnaise both sides of the bread but he did it. The person whom I was with said he did not enjoy yourself what you did. It taste very well. So we stayed there and we ate for a little while. It's all the little busy bees in the restaurant that worked there continue to pack boxes and they had like three tables up front full of lunch boxes that they had packed to go out somewhere or offer someone to pick up. I don't know. But it just seems like they were just consumed with getting those boxes filled. And I understand those customers that artist so many box launches or breakfast is whatever they were spend a lot of money there. But the customers that stand before you should also have priority. When someone comes in. It only takes less than a minute. To take an order from a customer that standing in front of you. So I wasn't very pleased with this place. Although I didn't send the food back. Because I don't believe in sending food back. Because it makes the staff angry sometimes and I don't play with my food. And as we left we passed by the tables that were full of box lunch or breakfasts. Has another man. Perhaps some manager as well was standing there putting things on the table, we passed right by him. He never said a word to us. Didn't say. Have a good day. Thank you for coming. Nothing like that. He just went on about his business all day. We passed right by him. Almost brushed him. But we didn't without a a raise up ahead. A smile or nod nothing. No good customer service at all. It is safe to say I won't be going back to that....
Read moreIf I could give it a zero I would. Too busy to acknowledge the customer standing in front of you whose food you messed up on! I decided to do a curb side pick up order for my wife to pick up since I was home in bed not feeling well. I ordered a southwest salad etc. When my wife brought the food home the salad had no chicken, no black beans, no corn just a scoop of rice, pico, cheese and guacamole. When I went back for a remake I waited 25 min before asking for a manager the manager then told be they was busy and and trying to make my food. Her name is Ronnie and she was rude! After waiting another 5min she handed me a salad that was still incorrect and got an attitude when I told her it was still wrong. I drove home to get my receipt so that I could get a refund. When I got back I explained that just because you busy that doesn’t give you the right to just hand me what you want me to have and not what I paid for. I had waited well over 45min still no food for you to get an attitude and tell me you are busy it’s a lunch rush. Nasty attitude and told me I could report her if I like. I gave her an example of customer service and she said I was belittling her! Hopefully someone above her gives her a lesson in...

Rude, I asked if they served cheesecake there, she just pointed at the dessert case as if I could see what was in it from the side of the register. I just started back at her until she finally said yes. I informed her "it's not listed on the menu behind you"
She said, "Yes it is." then turned around, I said, "WHERE???" and saw that it wasn't. 😐 Then she said, "Oh...it's not there."
Then I asked for a small cup for nice cream because the cones have soy in them. Before I could finish asking she just blurted out, "yes the ice cream is free for everyone..." so I finished asking my question and she just stood looking at me again, then finally went and got a cup. Ice cream machine ended up not working (only chocolate which I don't eat).
She's not the best person to have on register duty. She looked sick and red in the face, sniffing, so I'm not sure food duty will be good for her either.
Food is typically good, but last two times (2 weeks apart) the broccoli cheese soup has been CURDLED and clumpy. Disgusted each time. Might not return to...
