I visited this McDonald's 3 times over the past week. The first time I ordered the 2 cheese burger combo. I couldn't eat it the meat was just nasty, no flavor and then buns were so flat. The second time I ordered a medium vanilla iced coffee, I couldn't drink it! The coffee just tasted like water and sugar on top of that iced coffee should have ice. It had about 5 pieces of ice. I drove back and went inside to have it remade. The gentleman was nice apologized remade it for me, again there was very little ice and this time it was even sweeter. Way too sweet to drink. This morning I drove by and got 2 fruit and yogurt parfait and 3 orange juice. I got no straws, no spoons and the fruit was solod frozen. Unedible! The spoons are typically attached to the parfait. I drove back through the drive thru since it was pouring and waited and waited and waited at the window. I honked 4 times and no one came to the window. There was 3 employees at that window playing on their phone's and not paying attention. I waved my hand and finally a girl came, I told her what I needed and told her how long I waited. I then called the number on the receipt and first no one answered. I called a second time and the manager answered, I told her everything that happened at the window and she said she was sorry and that phone's would be put away. I'm very disappointed in their service and the...
Read moreA very bad experience... I ordered my food with the app, which is supposed to make it easy, but instead it was a pain! We made the order on the app and then chose curbside pick up. They don’t charge your card until you check in. So instead of saying, hey don’t charge the card because where the only McDonald’s in the world right now with NO ICE CREAM! They ran the card, made the food, and assumed having no ice cream was okay because our order was large. No it’s not and they should have came to our car before charging the card to inform us that our order would not be able to be completed as ordered. Instead they brought all the food out and asked if we wanted a shake or something instead. We asked for a refund instead and were told that since we did not pay at the store they could not refund us and we would have to call online to request a refund. We called online to request a refund and were told they they could not refund us our money and that we would have to call our bank and tell them the charge was not authorized. This was a horrible experience that will not be forgotten. This whole process was supposed to be easy and it was not. To top it all off they think a coupon for a $.50 ice cream was going to suffice when we called. How can you offer a shake but not have ice cream? Aren’t shakes made out...
Read moreThe service at this place has come up half a notch since I reported them for absolutely horrendous service. Still, they're all over the board when it comes to treating their guests well. They're right on the way to work, and usually the only option when time is running short, or I'd definitely never stop here. On one rare extreme, the team member taking my order and my money will be totally polite and, while efficient, still very friendly. Even the team member at the next window will be polite, hand me my food, and thank me for my visit. But it's rare. Usually, one or the other team member is rude, sullen, or obviously not interested in doing anything for McDonald's besides collecting a meager paycheck. Usually, for something as easy as a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal, I'm told to drive up to yet a third window, or directed to a numbered parking space where I'll wait... and wait... and wait... sometimes upwards of 10-15 minutes for a team member to walk my meal out to me. One such deliverer looked at me as if I'd just kicked her mother, practically throwing my food at me.
Do yourself a favor. Avoid this place. There's another McDonald's about four minutes further west on Pioneer Pkwy, and they are always polite, always quick, and never acting like they don't want to serve...
