Starbucks — Restaurant in Arlington

As a Starbucks barista myself at a different target location I had recently ordered a shaken hazelnut and brown sugar espresso at this location. unfortunately, it seems as if the drink wasn’t prepared correctly. Despite requesting it shaken, the drink had a thick, syrupy layer settled at the bottom and wasn’t mixed at all it looked and tasted as if it hadn’t been shaken. The drink shown also had those curdles in it which I have never encountered when making the shaken espresso drink properly.

This is the first time in a Starbucks where I felt unappreciated by the staff. All the staff seems to be really young especially with showing their childish behaviour. The guy taking the orders asked me if I was ready to order and didn't even wait for me to answer. He immediately proceeded to pulling his coworkers hair. He asked me again, and the same thing. He asked for my name, and again, same thing. Not professional at all. If I was a supervisor, I would fire this guy right on the spot....
