I was in for lunch today. Alisha took my order... She was terrible! Unfortunately the store was having some issues because their Internet was down and their drive-through window was not functioning properly. I haven’t been to A Wendy’s restaurant in years and thought I would give it a try. Alisha was unable to handle the minimum amount of stress that was occurring in the store. A new employee was being trained how to prep drinks and bag food items while Alisha worked the cash register and took orders. Alisha snapped at the new employee because she wasn’t doing things as quickly as a trained employee would have done, in my opinion she was new and trying very hard to get everything done right. Yes, she was a little slow but she was new, you could tell she was trying her best, and she Kept a smile on her face the entire time Alisha kept snapping at her. There were about six or seven of us waiting for orders all looking at each other and very uncomfortable with all of the nonsense. The manager went up to Alisha and told her to take her lunch break. Alisha said “I’m going home, I’m out of here.” I will be shocked if Alisha still has a job in the morning. As for me I’m all done with this restaurant. There are three other nationally branded fast food restaurants within a couple of blocks. I will be going somewhere...

I just came to the Wendy’s in Smokey point about five minutes ago, The lights were on, and The drive-through was completely empty aside from one car I watched Pull away from the speaker as I was pulling in, I was greeted the moment I pulled up to the speaker, I was told that they would be with me in just a moment. I proceeded to sit at the speaker in an empty drive-through for almost 15 minutes before deciding to ask if there was a car at the window and if it was OK for me to pull through because a car had already came up behind me, They then shut off all the lights. I pulled through and they had completely hidden from the drive-through window in the front counter. It is Thanksgiving, So there was nowhere else open, that was the only reason I even waited 15 minutes with no order taken. If they didn’t want to work, I would have rather they never greeted me and just pretended to be closed then to waste my time and leave me sitting for 15 minutes with a hungry child. That is absolutely insane a shift supervisor would even allow...
