A+++ We eat a ridiculous amount of tacos and I moved here from SoCal so let’s just say I’m opinionated. Top quality ingredients (bright, fresh, “all the colors”), generous portions and super friendly service. Plates come with grilled potatoes slices and onions on the side and a delicious grilled pepper. I normally pass on potatoes but these were too delicious to leave behind. We will now be following the truck and going out of our way to head to spots they are. I loved the Baja Shrimp, my husband will be talking about the brisket Chori Tacos for awhile (heads up it’s a 3 taco plate so likely all you need right there). Amazing...

My boyfriend and I found this taco truck parked outside Coda Brewing after a long mountain bike ride, and it totally hit the spot. The tacos were packed with flavor and super satisfying...it really lived up to its name, which translates to “The Curse of the Pig.” We were definitely full (and happy!) by the end.
