Ralph's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Asbury Park

Each year, Princeton Nursery School takes a family beach trip. Typically we are able to arrange in advance for families to get a treat throughout their time at the beach. Unfortunately this year the establishment we planned on going to fell through, leaving us scrambling for a replacement.

With less than a 20 minute warning, Anna and Diana were able to quickly organize our group of 50+ adults and children and ensure everyone got what they needed. Anna was able to keep the line moving quickly and even provided samples, while Diana made our Spanish speaking families feel right at ease.

First of all picking this location was a mistake as it is on the boardwalk which the prices are jacked up. There were no prices listed and imagine my shock when I the bill came to $23 and change for 2 medium ices and one large. Boardwalk or no that is just outrageous! Secondly the portions seemed smaller than most other Ralph’s and the consistency of the ice was not the same. And lastly there was a long hair in one of our ices! Never again at...

We stopped as we were walking back to our car for a quick treat. The girl behind the counter had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced in my life. She was nasty and rude while taking my order. We were served ice cream that was melting and falling off the cone and when I asked for cups and spoons I was ignored. She went right to serving the next person and I ended up having to throw the ice cream out because it was inedible. Complete...
