If I could comment without any stars, than I would have rated my experience a ZERO!!! The visit I had today was the worse hurtful unimaginable moment I've ever felt from any restaurant in my 39 years of life on this earth. Everything was great up until my 5 year old received her kid's trender meal. The trenders were way to hard for her to eat so I asked if they could be replaced with a plain hamburger instead. At that moment the kitchen manager comes back out with the same exact trenders I had returned to the waitress. He comes out telling me that there is nothing wrong with these trenders and that I am going to pay for the trenders no matter if I order my daughter a buger or not. Than he continue by slamming the same plate with the same trenders back on the table infront of my daughter. I than tell him I am not severing my daughter some trenders that are unfit for her to eat especially when they have been bounced back and forth. While all this is going on another waitress brings my plate which had shrimp on it. I told the waitress before hand that I'm allergic to shrimp. The whole issue had arise when the manager demanded that I am to pay for food that was not edible. The whole time while this was going on a large family of 8 was sitting next to us agreeing that the manner was completely wrong. The manager call the police on us and we were focused to pay a bill of $127 which we did not mind paying from the beginning, all we wanted was decent food for my 5 year old daughter. I didn't even make a fuss about the mistake they made with the shrimp, I just wanted my lil one to eat. On top of all this we got escorted out by 4 police officers who also was amazed of how we were treated and gave us advice of how we needed to contact the corporate office because wrong is wrong. Read moreWe were there today to have a nice family meal and when we go in we are looked at as a burden bc we are a family of 5. No seats available where we could seat us all in booth bc of lack of waiters present The girl made statement suppose to have someone but she late. So she sits us down at table at door and clearly seats available in area she was sitting g for bigger booth. We order lady waiter takes our order. 29 mins we get our meal one by one it comes. 4 out of 5 have meal so my husband said after prayer hunnie you eat and it will be 30 mins later nothing for my husband to eat nothing! No one came to fill out glasses or check on us. My husband demanded manager immediately.. we go through three people to get to a manager to ask what was reason. Her response was she didn’t know why this happened. Manager took meal off the bill but was completely rude making it out this was not her fault when everyone else was getting fed ! First you are manager it’s your responsibility to take responsibility when problems go a stray. Two make it right! Service with backing ! Lastly work on your management skills and keep up with every table checking behind waitresses and asking customers do you need anything. I've returned here three times since the review below. I'm pleased to report that the owner/manager/operator (who contacted me and told me things would change) was true to his word.
The last three test visits were back up to their previous levels of service. The staff were both friendly and professional. The last visit, today, the menu was abbreviated due to supply chain issues (like most places), but most of the menu was available.
All three times, the food was delivered in an acceptable time frame, and was delicious. We had a very good set of experiences. I'm upgrading my review to 4 from 1 mainly due to the owner taking very aggressive action to fix a big problem and apparently succeeding.
We will return here. Often.

Was a regular here. Food is good, servers are fantastic. But when you order online and the site very specifically says curb service, and you wait 20 minutes past the expected delivery time, that's not so great. I called them and reminded them I was waiting to be told they don't do curb service. Cancelled the now cold order. Went in to tell the manager that he may want to call corporate and get the problem fixed. Manager basically said, "what more can I do, there's your food, take it". Told him that he could fix the problem by calling corporate and letting them know and I don't want any cold food. Got tired of him not understanding that wasting people's time will really mess their rep up and left.
