On the 9th of September, 2020 at 7:24pm I placed an online order for one large pizza and a two leader. I received confirmation with an ETA of 22-32 minutes. 7:40pm Received a text that order was on its way. 8:22pm My son called and had a 2 minute call (call ended at 8:24pm) to get an ETA on our order, and was told, “we are backed up, it could be another 40 minutes to an hour.” My son then stated, that was to long to wait; may as well cancel it. 8:25pm I immediately called back and requested the manager. Kera Dixon, Assistant Manager, stated some one called right after the order was placed and cancelled the order. I asked for the number that she received the call because my son had just hung up one minute before I called. That’s when he said may as well cancel it. I also pointed out that we received a text at 7:40 pm stating food was on its way. I told Kera that we do want our pizza to please send it. I was then informed it would take 15 minutes in the oven and an additional 15 minutes for delivery. I told her fine, send it. 9:18pm No pizza! I called and was hung up on before I could speak to anyone. 9:22pm I called again. Kera Dixon, Assistant manager answered and stated she called her general manager, Samintha Redden, GM. Dixon stated that she was instructed not to deliver the pizza because there was too many calls about the order. I stated I waited an hour before calling you after I initially made the order. It’s now been another hour since then, a total of 2 hours waiting for my food. I asked when did she speak with her GM. I was told she called an hour ago, right after I called for the ETA. When Dixon was asked why she made me sit and wait another hour on a pizza she never intended to deliver. Her response was, the GM told her not to call me, that I would eventually call back. Read moreCalled in an order for my granddaughters dance school Christmas party. I was instructed it would be 20 mins. I arrived in 20 mins and was told by front counter gentleman that it would be another 5 or 10 mins. I decided to wait because I needed the pizza. I wanted to go ahead and pay while waiting and only had a $100 bill and no card or smaller cash. I was told they did not accept large bills. I asked for the manager and she said general manager would not allow them to accept $50 or $100 in bills, prompting me to have to leave and go to another store to get change. Before I left I asked the manager how much longer for the pizza. I saw her talking to someone in the back, but several minutes had passed and she never made it back up front so I left to go get change. You would think after being gone approximately 10 minutes my pizza would be ready, it still was not. However, the manager wanted to chastise me for leaving to go get change before she could tell me my pizza was still being worked on or yet hadn’t been started. Needless to say she said they were cutting my pizza, yes 2 out of 4. The other two were just being placed in the oven. Just poor service all the way around. I watched one guy on the line making pizzas. Not once did this manager step up to the plate to offer to help this individual after she told me they had many orders to fill. She stood in the kitchen with her hands on her hip. The young guy at the register when not taking the next customer had his personal phone on with his earbud in. Things could have been expedited a whole lot quicker if there was team work displayed. Only good thing that came out of this is the young girls and parents enjoyed the pizza. I will never do business at that location again. An hour after i had placed my order and was waiting for the curbside pick up, i was told that I’d have to wait because the food was not ready yet. After speaking with the manager, i was informed that my order had been given to another customer by mistake. WHILE on the phone with the manager, the customer walked inside to return the order and “coincidentally” the managerhad just told me that the food was actually ready and there wouldn’t be an additional wait. When i pointed out that i just saw the customer returning the food, she confirmed that that was indeed the case but that they weren’t going to give me that food that was returned, that they were actually about to make it fresh. So in a matter of seconds after i pointed out that i witnessed that, it went from my food “being ready” (because they were likely going to just give me the returned food) to “it’s being made fresh” (after i mentioned seeing the customer returning the food). Disgusting service, unprofessional, horrible communication/customer service. Overall unhygienic from what appeared to be about to happen had i not witnessed what i did. Order not ready Employee that answered the first time said she’d be out shortly with my order and never mentioned I’d have to wait or any issues.
