My family and I enjoy McDonald's at least once a week, but I will NOT be going to this location again! If there is someone in HR or a manager at this location, PLEASE get these kids enrolled in a customer service program. You have someone taking orders who talks like they have marbles in their mouth whether over the headset or in person, you have individuals giving wrong orders to people and if you ask what is the order, the answer has been, "I don't know"...so other drivers and myself have had to exchange our orders with each other to get everything straightened out. And my last experience was the little girl bringing food out she had to stop and talk on the phone and then stop at a friends car (not in the line) and then went from car to car saying "here's your order" and each car/driver took the order and looked in the bag and handed it back. So my food went to 3 other people before it got back to me in car 4! When she could of simply asked, "did you order....dah, dah and dah." And it was somewhat warm...and the order was still wrong! So until there are some positive improvements with this location and training for these young adults in proper customer service and food handling, I will not go back to...
Read moreAn average McDonald's, not a standout or a bad apple. The staff is not especially well trained as to the more sophisticated things. Although McDonald's promotes it now accepts Android pay, etc., I've only had one person who even knew what that was, much less how to accept it as payment. Every other time I have had to point out the scanner, what to press and essentially taught them. The two times the attendants thought to call for a manager, even they were clueless. Updated: They are all trained to use the contactless payment methods, but must be particularly obtuse or clumbsy, bc at first they would extend the the scanner out the window and let you hover your phone, as it should be. NOW, to use the NO CONTACT method of payment, you have to give them YOUR ENTIRE PHONE and TRUST them (the ones their own employers won't trust with the insured portable scanner) to safety scan it and get it back to you. Sorry, but the morons have clearly taken over. And if I get parked for 10 minutes because I ordered FRIES and yet when they FINALLY arrive they're limp and Luke-warm, I may just start handling out free tacos to everyone...
Read moreWhile traveling my husband and I decided to stop here to use the restroom. The main bathrooms at the back of the building are out of order, and they informed us that there was one family restroom in the front dining room. No big deal. But to our dismay... the soap dispenser was not functioning. Upon further investigation my husband determined that the soap dispenser simply needed batteries.... he informed the manager and we went on about visiting the town. Before leaving we went back. Just to see if the issue had been resolved.. considering that the workers are clearly not washing there hands after using the only available restroom. Again the soap dispenser was NOT FUNCTIONING. MY HUSBAND AGAIN TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND THEM PROCEEDED TO INSTALL THE BATTERIES FOR THEM. They clearly had time to do so as both times multiple employees were outside taking smoke breaks... Im guessing hand washing after that probably wasn't a priority for them EITHER. On top of that the only available bathroom was filthy.
