I dread leaving bad reviews on establishments when I am a person who works in customer service and understand things happen. This place is a hub for ghost kitchens. They do not seem to know what they are doing. I ordered a 10 piece chicken wing from one of the kitchens and they were Extremely Undercooked I was sick for 2 days. I went to the place to ask for a refund, when someone finally came to talk to me he just stood there and looked at me like I was supposed to help myself. I told him what happened and he said he didn’t know how to issue a refund. The receptionist said she would take down my information and the owner would call me.
