Burger King — Restaurant in Atlanta

This post is for anyone that has been told the restrooms are out of order. They are lying. On 9/8/23 @6:34pm, I stop here for lunch like I’ve done several times before. On a few occasions, I’ve had to use the restroom but was told each time they are out of order. Today was different because as I was entering through the side door, I see one of the workers exiting the ladies room. As I’m walking to the restroom, the worker gives me a look and says, “it’s out of order” and she continues talking to the two guys hanging out inside the lobby. I should mention this scenario is nothing unusual at this location with the staff at this hour, they always sitting around and holding conversations like they are at an event and not work. Anyway, the worker whom I’m familiar with from previous visits has now completely turned her back to me while entertaining the two guys in lobby. I said. “Excuse me but is both restrooms out of…” she cut me off in mid sentence why old still giving full attention to the guy in front of her and says, “they both out of order while working on our plumbing”…. Moments later while waiting on my food order, a guy walks inside and ask cashier to use restroom, without hesitation she immediately ask store manager for key. Now I’m looking for the worker in picture (1) to ask why was I denied restroom service. The store manager in picture (2) starts laughing, now I’m becoming agitated. Especially as I see the first employee who refused me entry to restroom come behind counter thinking she was going to package my order…without washing her hands and visibly eating food with her bare hands behind counter. Not on my watch so again, I spoke up. The entire unprofessional staff should be fired or retrained. I suggest corporate install working cameras to monitor their employees behavior. The store manager is just as bad as her employees. They all goof around as if they are not paid...

I recently visited Burger King with high hopes for a quick and satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by exceptionally poor customer service.

Upon entering the establishment, I was met with a disorganized and chaotic atmosphere. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in providing adequate service. Despite a short queue, it took an unreasonable amount of time to place my order, with employees appearing more focused on socializing than attending to customers.

When it finally came time to order, the cashier displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. They seemed indifferent to my questions and requests, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Furthermore, the order was incorrectly processed, resulting in unnecessary delays and frustration.

To make matters worse, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. Tables were dirty, floors were littered with trash, and there was a noticeable lack of effort in maintaining basic hygiene standards.

Despite attempting to voice my concerns to a manager, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for this establishment.

Overall, my experience at Burger King was incredibly disappointing due to the abysmal level of customer service. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot in good conscience recommend this...

Just moving to Atlanta, my kids were wanting to seek employment here. The employees didn’t direct them to an online application nor did they give them a paper application. They instructed them to write on a random piece of paper their name, address, phone number, social, and date of birth! Lmbo! I’m laughing for how foolish these people are! I immediately stopped my kids and told them not to do that. An employee came out trying to convince me that since the manager is busy, she’d fold the paper and hide it from being seen and she’ll give them a call. I laughed and rolled my eyes just for the insult to my intelligence! We left name and number ONLY and they never called knowing dang well they need help up in there. We soon learned what this BK was all about and was glad they didn’t hire my babies. A ghetto monstrosity!! My sons are too good for this establishment. They’d probably corrupt my boys. 🫤

On top of that, the service here is horrible! Employees are ghetto, unprofessional and the atmosphere is tragic. An employee here appears to be on some type of hard drug. She chews on her tongue as it hangs from the side of her mouth. The fries taste as if they’ve NEVER changed the grease; probably due to laziness and the burgers have absolutely no flavor. How does one Burger King establishment succeed at damaging a whole chain brand! Lmbo! Like, they make you not want to go to any...
